Bloody misleading headline! It's not like Denis and Deakins won't ever work together again, jeez! Greig Fraser appears to be quite credible given his body of work, so the films will be definitely be in good hands.

As for the Chani casting - Zoë Kravitz will be too old for the character actually. Maybe she could play Harah. At least it won't be Alicia Vikander either, as much as I like her as an actress.

He's a pretty great DP and under Villenueve's eye, it will look great. Arrival did just fine without Deakins. I get it though. With Dune, you hope for the best like Deakins.

She does look like she could make a good Chani but I can't say I've ever seen her act. At this stage, this is still a rumour so taking with a grain of salt although, this article does seem to blow things out of proportion that all we really know is that she audtioned for the role. Doesn't mean she will land the role.
