DVD Ripping

You need to learn how to spell before trying to rip DVDs...

Not if it's a DVD that I burned myself a while back and I wanna retrieve the videos ;)

Which one would I download?

Windows (Command-line) or Windows (Graphical) if I want to make fan made music videos and re-edit projects?

Put DVD into it and push it then press on the program to option what you must want and it'll happen

I have a problem getting the graphical version running on Windows. It always jams up on me. Never tried the command-line version.

The graphical Mac version works great for me. It's what I always use to put movies on my iPod.

Not if it is your own DVDs.

A couple of decades of law support the concept of fair use, e.g., you can make copies of copyrighted material like movies for your personal use. However, the more recent Digital Millennium Copyright Act changes that, and says that it's illegal to crack copy protection. Because CDs aren't copy-protected, no problem. Because DVDs are, big problem.
