Looks awesomely bad. I've only read the first issue of the comic this is based on, so I can't say how reflective the trailer is of it.

Really enjoyed the trailer! Wow, they showed the 12 labors in a much more detailed manner than I had been anticipating!! Looking good so far!

You might want to temper those expectations a bit though. Again if it's like the comic then what you've seen is about it in terms of "fantasy" and the labors.

Oh, I know that the comic isn't about the 12 labors, if that's what you mean. However, I was hoping they would show the labors in flashbacks, and so it seems I got that.

At 0:54, with the Nemedean lion, I wonder if they thought of this Frank Frazetta painting of Kane for that visual or just coincidental?:

I do like the giant lion and boar. They're not trying to replicate the same animals but bigger, but with exaggerated features to make look like..interpretations of the animals through paintings.

Feels very stock standard.

It does. If the movie ends up being bland, it'll proves again that Brett Ratner isn't anyone special when it comes to directing. I'm sure he'll be a powerhouse as a producer (since he's now indirectly funding all of WB future projects through his new firm) but outside the industry, he means very little to people.

I also have a theory that The Rock will have a trans-atlantic accent. Not exactly British, not exactly American.

Looks like a blast. Far better than I expected.

haha. great that its not '''Nolan'' serious

:funny:

Agreed. That scene is just so much cheese. I love it!

I think this will be the official movie to put Rock on the map as an action Icon.

I think it looks pretty cool. The teaser would have been better without the voice over though.

Yea, but it took him ten years to look the part too. Dude is ripped. That plays a big part. He definitely has the ability to be bigger than Arnold. Maybe not in the fitness world, but hollywood and famously it's still possible.

The voiceover sells the movie; and the narrative. Seemingly, people are doubting Herc.

I loved it. Rock nailed it with his name as well.

Him yelling his name was pretty cool but something about the voice over rubbed me the wrong way.

I don't care if they're quick flashbacks but it's great to see the Nemean Lion, the boar and the Hydra. Oh yeah, Cerberus as well.

I like the trailer! Looks so damn cheesy! I AM HERCULEs line made me lol for some reason.

How the hell do any of you get cheese from that trailer? It looks big on an action/set scale but man the Rock fails so bad. His delivery of him yelling I AM HERCULES is terrible. Replace Rock with Sam Worthington and call it Clash of the Titans 3. No difference.
