I cant believe Square is already bringing out FF XIV when they cant even get FF vs XIII out. They need to focus on that title
Well, to be fair, I'm going to assume XIV is being done by a totally separate entity within Square. Also, they were talking about XI well before X hit.
It was a surprise, though, really unexpected

As for Eye Pet, not to downplay that, but you can´t actually have any idea by that trailer, no gameplay, just a cat-ape like creature running around on the table.
Final Fantasy XIV has been in development for over 4 years now under the project name "Rapture". In fact, they've been working on it since before they started on 13 and Vs13.
Today's brief Milo demo introduced a new element: he repeatedly cautioned that some of what I would experience with the game were "tricks."
The Milo demo was partially being manipulated by a developer who was sitting nearby, and I couldn't tell if he was merely calibrating the game or how much he was pulling its strings.
wonder how an MMO Final Fantasy is going to work. If it's not too frustrating, I might check it out.
Was there anything on E3 today or?
Damn, I wish Valve had more to show. I love their games but they take for-flippin'-ever to develop.
Another report that Natal actually works-

I think it will definitely be weird, but the fact that they can map controls without any extra peripheral is pretty awesome.
Ha, it's true. Which is, of course, part of why L4D2 was such a surprise. Valve releasing a sequel barely a year after the first game? MADNESS!
