Overall, disappointing show for Microsoft, only thing I was really interested in was Gears of War 3, but I was sold on that since Gears of War 1 came out.

Kinect just looks like Wii 2.0, Star Wars game might have shown the achilles heel of controller-less gaming as it looked like of the movement was "on rails". Will you be able to move around freely within these game worlds?

Very underwhelming considering how much they're hyping it up.

If microsoft was smart they would purposely put out rumors of the kinect price being 150+ and then announce it to be 50-75...I don't think that is what happened but it would be smart.

The Kinect tech is pretty sweet, I kept waiting for it not to work with the voice recognition but it worked everytime which was impressive also the tiger noticing right away that the little girl was gone I thought was really impressive. I'll be gettin Kinect for the dashboard reasons and that adventures game looked like it could be a fun time with the family and the girlfriend.

Not much to say. Microsoft seems to be going casual with Kinects. There is no reason for there to be a hardcore or casual version. This will be something for the kids game wise

MS and Sony were just waiting for the Wii to come out basically, see what gripes were had about it, then try to improve it. That's just what companies do.

I think no matter what motion stuff in terms of games will apply to mostly kids. Even Sony's Move. It is definitely safe to say Microsoft failed hard core wise

Speaking of which, apparently gamesjournalologist Garnett Lee has seen some of it and has said when it's unveiled "tears will be flowing". He didn't say if they would be of joy or of pain.

Mario's had two games come out in the past 6 months, I doubt you'll see a new Mario game, replace that with Zelda and Kirby with Kid Icarus and I'd be really, really happy.
