Overall they did a great job. It was a good show. I'm just not personally interested in a lot of what they had to show.

The Phil Spencer era is looking good for them.

Microsoft played it safe but it was the best move games everywhere and they've convinced me to purchase an Xbone (you can thank my undying loyalty to Halo for that).

I agree, except I remember being bored with the non-gaming stuff. There seemed to be alot of that last year. This year, there was zero of that. Literally every minute they had was about games. I don't think it's possible to squeeze in more games than Microsoft did this year. It was a very nice change of pace.

True. And this year's was just a continuous rotation of games. They didn't dwell too long on anything except a couple which I guess are very important for the Xbox brand. If MS keep this up for the next few E3s they will be get back to respectability eventually. The change of personnel and attitude has made all the difference. No reason for any backlash against what we just saw.

Yea I repeat what others have said. Nothing surprising in the show, but MS's focus has CLEARLY shifted with Phil at the helm. They couldn't of promoted a better guy for the future of their device.

I was fully expecting MGS5 to be at Microsoft's conference because of last year. But, I guess it'll be up for Sony's.

Anyway, for those who didn't play Phantom Dust or know what it was, apparently this game is actually a straight remake of the original game apparently.

Sony's gonna have to impress tonight. I havent seen the MS one but from what I read they had a good showing with a ton of games and ones for this fall. I really hope they have some surprises we dont know about for this fall, although unlikely. There exclusive lineup cant only be Drive Club
