Does anybody know how long it takes to make a Paypal+eBay account?

Well technically the paypal part takes longer.

They will deposit like 2 amounts into your checking account for verification purposes that might take a few business days.

Isn't that to actually become confirmed though? I can't remember. My paypal has been around so long I can't even really remember.

Yeah but if you are going to pay through paypal, don't you need to be confirmed? Been a long while for me too.

I remember using Paypal a few times without being Confirmed...so I don't think it's necessary. But some sellers won't ship to addresses that aren't confirmed....so anyone using paypal might as well do it.

I think to withdraw money from the paypal account you have to be confirmed, but I don't think that's the case when paying for something.
