Iron Man 2 Edward Norton / Bruce Banner / Hulk Cameo

Always felt that Mara was too young for RDJ as a long term girlfriend. I mean it just doesn't look right. RDJ looks like he's pushing 50 at times. Obviously SJ is even younger but I always felt the BW thing would be just a fling if anything. I think someone just started the Cabe rumor because she has red hair.

If she is playing Cabe, I doubt her role is as a love interest. I mean, we've already got Pepper Potts and Black Widow forming some kind of love trial, adding in a third would be wierd. Besides, it's most likely a very small role, since we've heard so little about it. Probably no more than a cameo.

RDJ looks 50? I don't see that at all.

With the hair dyed and the makeup then no, but when he goes a few days without the aesthetic add ons the grey and the wrinkles creep up fast. It's not a huge knock... his past certainly hasn't helped, but Hollywood actors usually age better. He's still a pretty attractive guy regardless of that but it's hard to see him with girls that young.

Is Pepper really a love interest at this point? Obviously they have feelings for each other but I think the movies are better off if they just throw out the hints without really getting into it. SJ/BW can't possibly be something serious either. I agree Cabe won't be a love interest if she was in this film. I think they will explore the love triangles in part 3 if at all along with some Demon in a Bottle.

I know IMDB isn't accurate the majority of the time for new releases but I just checked for the hell of it. Although they do have Norton as Banner in the cast list(which isn't surprising since IMDB puts up rumours as if they are fact) but the funniest thing is they have that ditzy Olivia Munn listed as playing War Machine. LOOOOL.

I think he means Olvia Munn is the voice of the War Machine suit, which is why she's credited as War Machine. That actually makes sense.

That could be cool, then at least we won't have to see her try and act.

I would like the cameos to look to future films, not past ones... so Thor and Cap references will be cool. Altho i wont mind seeing Edward Norton and Hulk in IM2... since its an Avengers series afterall. (And most general audience didnt catch TIH anyway...)

To chime in on the Bethany Cabe discussion, I wouldn't want any actress playing the role to be more then 10 years younger than RDJ. So I hope Mara isn't playing the role.

Among the multitude of rumors surrounding who is and isn't making an appearance in "Iron Man 2" there's been much discussion regarding a potential cameo for Marvel's green-skinned behemoth, The Hulk. While in Toronto attending the International Film Festival, MTV News tracked down Edward Norton, the actor who most recently brought Hulk to the big screen in 2008's "Incredible Hulk." In town to promote his new film "Leaves of Grass" (which received rave reviews after its premiere at the festival), Norton addressed the rumors that his comic book alter ego will appear in "Iron Man 2."
"I heard that. I don't know where that's coming from," Norton told MTV News. "I am not in 'Iron Man 2' to my knowledge."
So, there you have it, folks.
While there's still no word on where Marvel wants to go next with the "Hulk" franchise—or if Norton will return for any future films—it looks like they haven't approached the actor to reprise his role as Bruce Banner... yet.

RDJ may not look 50, but he doesnt look 30 either. For a young Stark at the beginning of his vigilante career, i'd say he looks pretty old. But he is an amazing actor who fits the role perfectly so... he's fine i guess.
