This is a continuation thread, the old thread is [split]344378[/split]
According to a new report from Eurogamer Denmark, Bethesda Softworks is currently developing a fifth title in the Elder Scrolls series and that the game will be a direct sequel to The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion, released in 2006
An unnamed source confirmed "with official game documents in hand" that a new title is indeed coming and the voice acting for the characters is being recording in the coming weeks.
When asked for comment on the report, a Bethesda spokesperson said the company does not comment on rumor or speculation.
In an interview with IGN at Quakecon in August, Bethesda Game Director Todd Howard confirmed the developer's new, and still unannounced, title would not be using id Software's Rage engine, id Tech 5. Instead, Bethesda has created an entirely new game engine.
thanks a bunch for posting! Jeremy Soule's score, from what I hear, is amazing.40 minute Skyrim demo from QuakeCon.

It's mostly the same thing they showed at E3 with the addition of insane crowd reactions that run the gamut from fun and infectious to obnoxious and distasteful.
I don't know about that. It could very well be, I'm just trying not to get too hyped about it honestly. But saying it has less customization is just factually incorrect.
I also read you only have one peice of whole armour, no more seperate sets.

I can't say for certain if spell crafting is in the game or not, as there seems to be some conflicting information out there.Morrowwind had ;
Spell crafting
Item crafting
Skyrim has
Neither
Yes there are fewer equipment slots. And yes Cuirass and greaves have been combined into one piece, but this has allowed Bethesda to create not only a larger a variety of armor, but it's much better looking as well. And apparently it also improves performance.Morrowwind had nearly 20 equip slots Skyrim has 7 slots total.
All 10 races from Morrowind and Oblivion are returning. I don't know where you're getting your info, but I think you should probably double check your sources.Less overall races.
No, you don't get to tag skills in the beginning (which is a smart move in my opinion), but even if you disagree about that, it's hard to argue that giving each and every skill it's own talent tree isn't a more than fair, if not preferable alternative.Less customization stat and skill wise at the start.
Somewhat? Body type, hair, beard, tattoos, face paint, scars, as well as the basic face and skin options.Sure, you might be able to change how your character actually looks to some what of a higher degree
So I guess there's no reason for you to continue posting in this thread, misrepresenting and lying about a game you clearly have no interest in?After watching that video, there is nothing but disappointment for me.
Then you're missing out completely.Morrowwind had ;

Nor
