There is no arena.

I'm pretty sure Todd Howard said they had an one in at some point, but took it out.

NOOOOOOOOO!!!!! I hope it gets put back in via DLC. I loved the arena. Great way to make some quick coin and experience in the early stages of the game.

I've got a rough idea of what I'm wanting to do with my character, but all I know for sure is I gotta have the ice power I saw in some of the demo videos. Freezing people = AWESOME
