They are basically equal, though the 360 currently has a texture bug related to installing the game.

does the 360 have the issue that the PS3 has where you start running into glithces and freezes once the save file gets too big?

I haven't even installed the game, and I've run into a few texture bugs on the 360. I ran into an entire fort that didn't load right in the Skyrim overworld. I went into an open doorway, and the doorway disappeared on the other side.

ouch.
