I'd rather see TES6 set in the Aldmiri Dominion as Valenwood, Summerset Isles and Elswyer (the three countries of the Dominion) are three of the remaining countries we did not explore, and they are small enough that it can easily fit into one game (especially if the TES6 is next gen, which it almost definitely will be). Throw in Black Marsh as a DLC expansion and we will have had a game set in every country on Tamriel. Once Tamriel has been fully explored, then Bethesda can move on to Akavir.

Valenwood will be amazing. If nothing else because according to the lore that the Elves that lives there lives in migrating trees....imagine the visual alone of that place!

How many of us has ever reached level 80?

I've character that got more than 60 hours, but i've never reach that high level.I think the highest level i've ever reached is around 50.

Iv got 130 hours with my original character and im only a 54. I'll never see 80

Seriously, I have three 'main' characters that I play and even the oldest of them, who was my first Skyrim character, is only level 42 or so. I suppose if I'd focused all my time from the half dozen or so different characters I've created into a single character then maybe I'd have reached level 80 or now but...I'd also be clinically insane from boredom.

Yea iv never even thought of making another character and still, im nowhere close to an 80. At this point, i dont even know how i can level up quickly.

Hell, I didn't even know the level cap WAS 80...and I've been playing since launch. :p

Technically the level cap is 81, although by that point it really makes no difference. One you reach the twenties you're pretty much unstoppable anyway.

From the Elder Scrolls Wiki...

At higher levels, leveling up happens much more slowly. Level increases in Skyrim follow a formula (detailed above in the Gaining Levels section). The maximum level is 81. With every skill mastered, the level progress meter will rest a little over halfway to '82', meaning it is not necessary to master every skill to achieve Level 81.

I actually always more interested in finding out how many hours i've spent on my characters than their levels.

I think with some of us that likes to RP, it's going to take a LOT of time to reach the max level because of the way we play the game.

I think that if we really look into it, we'll find out that we've probably spent much more time doing mundane things like walking around exploring or just doing things at home than actually do stuff that'll level up the character.

That's true. The most XP is earned on quests (from a time:XP ratio), but if you play as a particular character there will always be quests you won't do. No doubt players who zoom around and do everything level up a lot quicker.

GAH!...just found out that us PC players will have to wait until feb 16th..robably, for Dragonborn!:cmad:

Eh you arent missing much imo. I didnt much care for that DLC, but then again what the hell do i know, my fav DLC has been Hearthfire.

hehehe i still gotta have it though. I've been preparing my current character for this DLC...storyline wise.

And about Heartfire, I love it too, been tons of fun...It's just too bad that the kids in Skyrim looks like Gremlins, so now i have two gremlins running around in my Falkreath mansion...

Speaking of kids, I really hope Bethesda get their act together for the next game when it comes to races besides white humans. A lot of people have pointed this out, and while it doesn't affect my enjoyment of the actual game I do think it's a pretty big oversight that the only children running around are Nord kids.

There's a Redguard kid in Markath.

Really?! No way.

He's well hidden, where ever he (or she) is.

I can kind of understand the traveling Khajitt not letting kids tag along, and there aren't that many Argonian's around. But an Orc Stronghold with no kids? No Elf children around? C'mon Bethesda, sort it out.

C'mon Americans Stop develop an obsession with being politically correct with Races Even with the fake ones

How to roleplay Skyrim Angelina Jolie Style

Rules

- Must adopt at least 7 redguard children
- never once eat any food

I'm not American :whatever:

Besides, it's got nothing to do with "political correctness". It's more about logic. If there are human children, it stands to reason there should be children of other races too.

HA! :D

Where I live we have many people from India Pakistan and many Asian countries, but I do i not see their children because they came for work and most of the time you do not take your children with you when you travel for business I'm sure most not humans come to humans city for business does not take childrens with them

Ha! Might be kind of cute in it's own horrific way.

That character looks real good Squirrel. So you're going the non-magic route? That's how I approached my first character, swords and a bow. The difference between using magic/shouts and not makes for a entirely different game experience, doesn't it?

No, of course not. But in Skyrim you're not spending the entire time in the business district, are you? You can go into peoples homes, small towns, camps. The Orc Stronghold is a perfect example, it's where the Orcs live and yet...no kids! Most of the characters in Skyrim aren't traveling on business, they're living their lives and going about their daily routine. The humans have kids, the other races don't. Logically it doesn't make any sense, and I hope they remedy this in the next game.
