Should there be a big fight at the end of TDK between Batman, the joker and two face? Or maybe even with scarecrow but that might be too much but I dont know. I think it would be kinda cool if they did an intense fight at the end

Batman does not usually battle those particular villains physically, because they are not fighters. The climax will likely involve a separate physical challenge for Batman to overcome (B89 handled this with a plane crash, Cathedral chase, and a load of thugs). I would expect this to be A) Batman averting a city-wide disaster, B) Batman attempting to save one of the main characters from the Joker, C) A severely injured (and thus unable to fight) Batman facing down the Joker, D) Batman overcoming various obstacles laid by the Joker, E) a chase, or F) some combination of those.

So your sayin batman is never gonna physically fight any villains in this movie. Than that would suck then, how would he ever stop them. Theres gotta be some physical violence

Im expecting an extended action sequence(car chases, fights etc) with a Batman Joker one on one, not necessarily a fight but a verbal confrontation, to finish it off.

Yeah, but theres gotta be some physical violence of some sort

Well we dont have to worry about Two-Face because he's Harvey in TDK. So thats 1.
2. Crane was never a physical threat in BB, the only thing Bats has to worry about its getting gassed. Thats even if Crane is in TDK for that kind of action.
3. I personally believe this Joker will be able to put his dukes up vs Bats. Thats probably what we'll see and maybe Joker's goons
4. Maroni's goons.
5. The secondary villain in TDK. There's a few secondary villains that can be fighters or gun slingers. Roman Sinois FTW!

So thats really 2 or 3 physical fights or physical challenges for the Bats.
1. A physical Joker AND maybe his goons.
2. Maroni's goons or bodygaurds.
3. A fighter or gun slinger secondary villain.

Batman should beat the crap out of the Joker ala The Man Who Laughs..."I'd buy that for a dollar!"

There's Harvey Dent in TDK, Two-Face may came in the final installment.
Oh, wow I never knew that, thanks for the info. Can someone tell me how I can get a sig. Its not working like over at the spidey boards

The Joker is a good fighter in his first two comic appearances and in The Man Who Laughs.

In a script I was writing for TDK, my climax involved a massive "war" on the streets of Gotham. Plenty of violence and action. Here's a basic synopsis of my climax:

Basically, the climax starts with Joker's trial. The events leading up to this have been catastrophic. Rachel has been murdered, and it "appears" the Joker was responsible (more on that in my Part 3 ;) ). In addition, Maroni and Flacone's mobs have had it with the police and "do gooders" in Gotham, and have joined forces. In addition, word has got out that Harvey took justice into his own hands, and murdered both Maroni and Falcone's number 2 men. All of this leads up to the trial.

The trial is help at 2:00 am in an old courthouse. Not many people are present as they don't want it to be a big deal. Dent, Gordon, a judge, the few remaining police officers, and obvioulsy, the Joker are there. The National Guard is keeping watch on the rest of Gotham. The trial carries on while the camea makes quick cuts to Bruce, grieving in the cave. Cut to a bar near the courthouse. All of the mob men are rallying, they want Dent's blood. Maroni says he gets the first shot. Cut back to the trial. Joker is happily speaking about how he killed his victims, but he continuously states that he never killed Rachel, As Harvey presses the issue, the mob men flood in the courthouse, killing the officers. Gordon radios the national guard who come storimin in a a massive gun battle/fight breaks out. Through the chaos we see Joker escape through a back door, laughing all the way. We see Harvey trying to get to a safe spot when Maroni grabs him by the shirt. This is for you, you Two-Faced Son of a *****! He rakes Harvey's eyes, and pours acid down one side of his face. Gordon then clips Maroni in the shoulder with his gun. And escapes with Harvey through a back exit. Ambulances and other officers have arrived, and Harvey, screaming in pain, is taken to the hospital. Gordon, quickly gets into car, which is under gunfire, and speeds off down the streets of Gotham. Cut to the Joker strutting the halls of Arkham, giving a speech to his fellow "freaks". He asks them to join him, and take Gotham by storm. He says he's got a bigger plan than any of them could imagine...

Cut to Batcave. Signal lights the sky. Alfred gives some motivational speech and Bruce speeds off in his new batmobile and from then on we see a massive, and beautiful on screen war. Bats beats the crap out of freaks, and mob men while the national guards try to take him out. Eventually he gets shot in the arm, and is cornered by a band of freaks, who beat the hell out him. Out of the shadows walks the Joker, all smiles. He explains to Bats how he's disappointed. He then tells him he's got 100 pounds of C4 stashed under intersection of the streets of Gotham. Joker then tells Bats to give him one reason to stop him. Bats goes "Its...its not that funny." Joker, for the first shows extreme, total anger. He then starts to laugh, "Oh its funny!!!!!" Bats yells "no!" Joker hits the detonator and we watch as explosions, killing many spread across Gotham.

Anyways, I'm not sure what would happen after this. I'm still working out how I can get an ending without making it a cliffhanger. The above is just a rough draft, mostly made up in a couple of minutes. Obviously there would be a lot more though to it, but it basically represents Nolan's theory of "getting worse before it gets better."

:)

Thats actually really awesome, except for the rachel getting murdered part. And the bats flying around everywhere was already used in BB so I think they should do somethin different. But I see you put alot of effort into that

Hey...that was pretty good, man. I'd watch that :P

As for an actual fist fight between Joker and Batman, I don't really see it happening. I can see Joker putting Batman through some big climactic turmoil and Bats catching him in the end and beating the living hell out of him, a la Hush, but as for them going toe to toe in an even fight I can't see it.

Cuz you think joker would look odd fighting?

Wasn't it said back during Begins days that Nolan wanted a Joker who was a "physical match" for Bale?

I think any climax in TDK will involve two things:

1. A city-wide disaster being disarmed by Batman - this has been done in nearly every Batfilm, and frequently in the animated shows. Even "Begins" employed this with Batman stopping the train/Ducard.

2. A chase scene between Batman and Joker - on foot. In the rain. In a lightning storm. On the rooftops. Obviously, I'm thinking "The Laughing Fish" climax, where Joker and Batman do a spectacular cat-and-mouse scene on construction girders atop Gotham's skyline, in a dark, dreary downpour, complete with forked lightning. I think that's perfect.

Of course, this chase/disaster thing is the same thing that happened in "Begins" - Batman chasing (and then fighting) Ducard while still managing to stop a calamity. Something tells me Nolan will go for something different this time around.

Thanks. And you're right, it was done in Begins. I'm just using it now until I can figure how Bats is gonna fight everyone.

Thanks. The only fight per se between Bats and Joker is going to occur twice in my script. The first time they meet (in dead Comish Loeb's office) Joker catches Bats off guard, who misses a bunch, and then Joker kicks him out of a really tall building. Then Joker struts over to Bats' hurt body. And starts wailing on him. Then Joker walks away and Bats goes "You're not going to kill me?" And Joker kneels beside Bats "No. I'm not going to kill you. It would ruin all the fun." Then he laughs and walks off.

Then in my climax I wrote, after Bats is shot and wounded. Joker does the whole bomb thing and then calls off the freaks. Bats says "You've had your fun. Why? Why are you doing this? Not even an attempt at my life?"

Joker slowly walks over, grinning. "You don't get it do you? This is just the beginning. I want you to be around for the whole show. Then, maybe then I'll kill you. We'll see how things work out. See you around Batsy. I look forward to chatting again. Hehhehe....AHAHHAHAHHAHHA!!!!!!!!!!!!!!" :joker:
