this show went from decent to friggin' great. the scene with hiro saving that girl gave me chills. it feels just like unbreakable, except we get a new story each week.

At first he looked like Nightcrawler at the beginning of X2 in the white house. lol. So Sylar can fly, has telekinetic powers, and cant be hurt? lol

And Sylar once again shows he's apperantly got a multitude of powers.

Regeneration? Invincibility? Immortality? Telekenisis? Mind Control? Ice Powers? He's a swiss army knife.

No, he doesn't. Telekinesis can explain all of those. He telikinetically pushes the blond woman against the wall, forced her finger on the trigger, stopped Matt's bullets, and did a "force leap" to get away quickly. The ice thing can be explained by him telikinetically removing the heat from that fellow's body. So, he could just be a very powerful telekinetic.
