Unlike the MI films, the past 2 movies featuring him were awesome.

As for GE, there was nothing particularly special about it other than it was a dcent Bond movie after a lengthy absense.

Don't get me wrong, I love Hunt, but I like Bond better.

How is it laughable. Any decent British actor with the stereotypical Bond "look" could have pulled it off. Had it been Dalton, people would treat it as a standard Bond movie but for some reason, people love to Ride Brosnan's Baloney Pony.

Echoes my own thoughts exactly Oldguy.

As much as we can take the p*ss out of Cruise (lord knows, he's given us enough ammo) the level of enthusiasm he brings to these films is undeniable and he never seems to rest on his laurels -he seems to constantly be pushing to give (cliche though it sounds) something we havent seen before. One things for sure, When you go to see one of these films, you know that you're going to get your monies worth.

I'm certainly looking forward to MI:3. (same as I look forward to the next Bourne)

But I'm looking forward to CR even more (and it will always be that way - because it's Bond)
