I know it's probably normal to feel lonely every now and then, but who here feels lonely?

I feel a bit lonely, I guess it's normal with no girlfriend (not seriously looking btw)

Yes, very often, actually. Though at my age it's not uncommon.

this ends two months from now with a chopped up hooker in your garden tool shed doesn't it?

doesn't it?

Get out and do something, get involved in your community, volunteer some where. This will cure that loneliness.

Depends, I get lonely for different reasons. I enjoy being around people, but I'm also fairly self-sufficient, so it doesn't phase me much.

Loneliness really only hits me when I'm bored and no one is around, that or if my married friends all ditch me for their cursed spouses...
What can I say, I like people.

When I think about it...it's the 'I don't have a girlfriend' type of loneliness. However...I rather wait til I'm full-time where I work at....:o:csad: and even then gf's can be expensive. There's the gifts, taking her out on dates, having fun, etc.

im clinically bipolar

it happens

Yeah, the married thing gets to me as well. A lot of my friends (in the real world) are a hair older than I am, and most of my friends in college were staunch Christian conservatives (and ironically all younger than me). Consequentially many got married. I haven't really had a relationship serious enough at this point that I ever would've considered marrying the person...so that can get to me.

Couldn't you just Ban loneliness Immortal? Or at least put on temp ban?

Do I get lonely? Yeah, I do on certain days. I go to work and I go to school full time, however, in my case the loneliness ends very quickly because I enjoy having my own space and enjoy saving money.

Most of the time I find it better to be alone and do things on my own time, my own way, and etc. There's nothing worse than being around a bunch of people who are boring and normally drive new interesting people away. It's only at night after work when the loneliness kicks in, although eventually it burns out quick and I'm back to thinking about work, school, and other activities the next day.

So in the end I do get lonely, just not to the point to where it's a bother.
