I just got my results for my higher exams today. I got 2 A's and a C, which I'm pretty pleased with.

Has anyone else gotten results?

I received my grades a few days ago for my HND and I received six merits, one pass, and one distinction.

Because of my high grade profile, they have also offered me a course placement for one year that will convert the HND into a full BA Hons degree.

I was studying Advertising & Media Communications at Southampton Solent University, and now they've offered me a very similar course with a more sophisticated name, like Integrated Promotional Media something or other.

Thanks. Yeah, originally I was going for a particular illustration course, but I didn't get the A-level ICT grade that I required, so I didn't get into that course. I had some 'fallback' courses, so I chose the HND in Advertising, as it had elements of illustration and design.

It may not have been my original choice, but everything happens for a reason, and in all honesty, I believe it worked out for the best.
