Ok that made me chuckle. We actually discussed this at the set. Like how we were going to explain the scene to other people and make it sound completely stupid. Like "Yeah then the Joker did a grind up that ramp and ollied over the Tumbler wreckage!"

Lucius didn't design the Tumbler. He's a high-tech prototype stock boy. Then later a business partner.

Thanks for the intel. this is my last read for now because I feel like the movie is ruined for me already. With BB I knew nothing and not even going online for it but with TDK I know so much.

it was just an idea..they might not have a new tumbler lying around .. but maybe they could develop it.. bruce and fox together design the proper new batmobile, could be a cool final moment in the film, not one of the big plot points.
