I need to see some gameplay before I even consider this. I would hope this gets a graphical upgrade too but somehow I don't think it will.

Eh. I had Fable II bought for me. It was decent but I think alot of magazines and websites overrated it like hell.
It was too easy. The death system was weird. I nvr thought Id say it but I would prefer actually dying if the enemies were harder.
The graphics were subpar.
Really no replay value. Usually a game with choices has replay value because you can play in a different way (good or bad) but with Fable II really you're good or bad I feel doesnt change the end resolve much. I really didnt feel that there were big consequences for choices besides ppl fearing me
The XP system was stupid that you absorbed it. Its annoying when youre surround by enemies and have to wait to kill them all to absorb the XP if you dont want to get it
Also the DLC was a joke

If they improve all that Ill buy, but really I wasnt that that impressed with Fable II

Is it just me or Fable III sounding much more appealing than either of the previous ones? I found Fable II to be totally dull, but somewhat ironically I really enjoyed the economic aspect of it. Ironic because I'm sure most people probably found that part of the game to be so boring they didn't even bother with it. And to play a Fable game where they take that idea and run with it is very intriguing to me.

Fable III will be the 1st big Natal game, mark my words.
It will not be 100% Natal (at least, i hope not), but, with Molyneux being the #1 developer behind Natal, and with him saying that Fable II will have a new mechanic is called "Touch", that allows players to shake hands, hug, embrace and even give a "full passionate snog"....is not hard to get.

In this video a controller is being used and PM says that they still incorporate the Look at trigger

I just want ONE thing. Make my choices REALLY matter. I want hidden consequences of my choices. Dont make them so cut and dry. Fable II was a charming game, not as deep as id like but just a great, light hearted adventure. Looking forward to III.

In that preview Flash Facts posted whoever wrote it said that Natal wasn't even mentioned once.

Its funny that Sony had this big reveal about PS3 Slim and all Microsoft basically had was Fable III.

well the price drop on the PS3 was LONG overdue and that news had actually leaked out last week

I get to be a politician?

Sweet.

I...predict...that I will probably be assassinated. Probably. Me and my liberal ways will probably piss off Albion.

No way dude. Gay marriage is accepted in Albion, remember? We liberals would probably be pretty welcome there. :D

Sure, but that doesn´t mean that they will not incorporate Natal in the game.
I have nothing to back my claim expect logic....so, i might be off, way off, but; if Natal is going to be released late next year, around the time Fable III sees the light of day; if Molyneux is very much behind the all Natal hype; it makes sense for Microsoft to want to release, at least, one big game with their new motion control; and with the all "touch" thing in the next Fable.....you only have to put two and two together.

Hell, there are even rumors that Halo: Reach might use Natal too (or have the option to use it if the player wants it)

Not only the PS3 Slim, but also the all Mini psp games, digital comic books for PSP....
Yes, it was extremely ridiculous....
That´s why i hope that Sony kicks Microsoft´s butt for a few weeks/months..
Microsoft really needs a wake up call....fast.

Im still not caring about the PSP....Nintendo owns the handheld market

Gradius1: We have no plans to use Natal for F3 so please stop making threads about it :-) orginal

Hopefully they let you choose from your existing children. I want my half Gypsy in there, dammit!

As someone who has played Fable 1 and Fable 2, I'm all about 3. :o
