Falling asleep while on electronics

I know people who play video games when they're falling asleep at night. I usually just go to sleep but sometimes I keep the TV on while I go to sleep. What about you guys? Do you go on electronics like video games or your laptop while you fall asleep or do you just go to sleep.

I had a roommate who did that and it pissed me off to no end. He got up an hour before I did to go to work and he would turn on South Park or something full blast then fall asleep until his alarm woke him up again. He'd do it at night as well, he'd fall asleep with a movie or something playing and I'd be trying to get some sleep.

I have more of a sense of control as to not fall asleep on my PC or consoles while playing games.

Most of the time I just go straight to sleep. Sometimes I listen to music or watch TV though.

Yeah I hate it when people play video games while they fall asleep. It'll keep them up all night. I don't care if they keep the TV on (low volume), or listen to music (classic or indie, no pop or rock n' roll).

Sometimes, I am on my phone and fall asleep. Y'know when they say that it's easier to fall asleep if you turn off the electronics for a certain amount of time? Some bulls***.

I would never go on my phone when I should be sleeping. Never.

I never listen to music while sleeping. I blare music in my ears incessantly enough.

The only thin I really have on is the fan. Are house tends to be hot a good amount of the time but not has much has it used to be so I guess the installation Is not has strong has it used to be but I am so used to having it on that even when it is cold I keep it on because I am just used to the noise. I have a hard time sleeping in pitch quit so know like any time the power goes out I cant sleep like at all.

It's nice and brisk up where I live, so no fan for me. I put a fan in my room in the spring since it gets warmer but once it's late summer I get an air conditioner in my room cause it gets HOT.

I browse Reddit or watch YouTube videos on my iPad right before I go to sleep, but I never leave anything on.

I watch tv while I'm falling asleep Usually set the sleep mode on the remote for 30-45 minutes.

I occasionally fall asleep while watching TV, but it is never a planned thing.

We should combine this poll with the toilet thread and have a "do you fall asleep while on the toilet doing electronics?"
