Falling Behind In Reading: How Far Is Too Far?!

if you got a bigass like me, the smell is trapped in.

Or you could just keep a can of air freshener handy in the bathroom.

This is my thread of the day.

I don't see smell being such a big problem in this case. I mean, it came out of your ass. It's like a fart, or homosexuality: something to be proud of, not something to hide away and be ashamed of.

This is the thread of the year for which Not Jake receives credit, dude.

I just got sprayed in the face with a bottle of Hawaiian/Vanilla febreeze. That's what I get for taking a stinky **** and letting it mellow while reading half a Vonnegut book.

You guys cant be worst than me. Since 1995 when I was 12 and read DC religously I have fallen in and out of reading comics. I didnt back in until 2002 and then lost track by early 2005. I read only the big series arcs ( Infinite Crisis) last summer I got back into DC by way of Graphic Novels and vowed to stick with the 52/WW3/Countdown arc (as a personal guide to the backbone of the DC Universe) and read JLA and Dini's Batman run.

But I've fallen off reading that as well. I've collected all the issues of 52/WW3/Countdown so far but only read up to Week 16 of 52 and still have the rest plus countdown to go through ( I dont think I need to be reminded of the waste of money this already is for me). On top of that I went to a con back in May and brought like 20 DC Graphic Novels and still need to get through like 16 of them. But I'm working, have a life, have a girl. Prefer to watch TV and Movies, sports etc, I just never get around to it.

Maybe this Friday cause I have a half day at work...lol

You're sounding more and more like me every day!? :ninja:

....we're so pathetic :csad:

I'm in the process of bagging 15 comic boxes full of comics...sigh.

4 boxes left!

I gotta get around to bagging and boarding my last two years' worth of comics. The year before that, I was really good about buying longboxes and bags and boards and making sure everything was orderly. But then I just stopped and never started again. Now I've got probably over a thousand books to bag and I'm still procrastinating by saying I'll wait until I get those spiffy drawer longboxes for easier access. :(

I'm terrible at bagging and boarding, I just gave up on it about three years ago - maybe even longer. It's enough effort for me to put them away in a longbox. I currently have about four large piles stacked around the room.

I've got a bunch of mine sitting on the floor next to my bed because I read them before I go to sleep sometimes. My cat keeps deciding that that's exactly where he wants to plop down and relax. :o
