Thanks Kad, don't think I hadn't thought about that. But as this is hopefully going to end up as part of a series of paintings I wanted to stay away from copyrighted characters.

What you chose to draw must've been quite a challenge to tell the story in ONE SINGLE FRAME. Very well done- love the texture on the Planet too.

By all means, zoom in! There's lots going on at the micro level!
I had a feeling this round would be filled with hot, bright colours. So I thought I'd counter that with some nice, romantic warm tones, to complement a watercolour approach.
They found true love! Finally Medusa has found someone she can share her life with! :heart:

Some great entries so far... Another really interesting round.

My plan was to finish mine off today and submit this evening... Until I woke up and found my tablet has stopped working correctly! Actually its the pen thats given up, it still tracks but wont make contact correctly, doesnt click or clicks constantly selecting everything in its path! Gonna try and finish today anyway, but may be submitted unfinished without a vital piece in place.

Kad, always been a fan of the Warriors Three. Really like the depth of field you have going with the blur. Nice composition too.

Syncos, see I knew i had to up my game. Great piece. I love the strength in you Atlas, has that sense of crushing weight IMO. good job.

Try clicking the button on the bottom of the pen, if that doesnt work uninstall then reinstall the software.
