Man, I remember jokes about kids calling child services on their parents, but damn.

When I was a little **** I would fantasize about doing that when Id get pissed at my parents, but it was just stupid spiteful fantasies. Never would have actually done it. I cant imagine the sort of young mind that even considers accusing a father of rape and then actually does it.

Sad thing is that if this girl is ever actually raped some may not believe her or will say its karma.

And the poor father has to live knowing his daughter tried to destroy his life and betrayed his love in a truly ****ed up way.

Well if she's pre-pubescent, surely there's medical tests they can do to determine the picture a little clearer.

ya, there's no way this would have even went to trial without her getting a rape kit done on her when she first made the claim to authorizes (an given that she claimed the he's been raping her for years, which that kinda abuse would show in the result of the test) I would assume she is probably sexually active and has been for sometime

which makes this even more disturbing (especially if she is that young)

that also leads me to believe that by him "being strict" she means he wouldn't let her keep seeing her boyfriend(s) (who was the one who really was taking advantage of her sexually) again, assuming she is that young...it doesn't say her age
