WOW! 70 ****ing stone!

This guy costs the taxpayer 100k a year. And to give him the operation on the NHS that he "needs" will cost the taxpayer more.

Don't mean to be harsh, but I say **** him.

The NHS is a great service...but they need to stop giving out free operations and medical attention to people like this. It should only go to people who REALLY need it, like cancer sufferers and the like.

Not lazy, greedy fat bastards who have no one else to blame but themselves.
