I am actually of a big fan of most of his comedies... this guy produces quality comedies often but doesn't seem to get enough respect... whats your favorite?

I love most of his movies,except for "Littly Nicky",and "Spanglish".I love "Click","The Wedding Singer","Punch Drunk Love","Happy Gilmore","Billy Madison","Anger Management","The Waterboy".

I hate them all.

That one with the kid was cute at first.

Now it's just so overdone and annoying.
Sandler needs to re-invent himself.

happy gilmore

hes starting to get annoying like jack black

These movies you liked are actually pretty darn good comedies... as much as it seems like its the same thing again and agin... with his recent movies like Click... the guy still gives you something different every time... I mean you always have that Sandler vibe when you watch his movies over and over and he does play the same character mostly... but the guy still finds ways to entertain and be original

I love his old school movies, lol. click was good. but i voted for happy gilmore

Billy Madison. It's too damn hot for a penguin to just be running around out here.

A month ago I would have said Happy Gilmore but after seeing Click I have to say 'no contest.' Click was his first good comedy in awhile yet it got very serious and dramatic in the last 30-45 minutes. Very good movie. 3 1/2 stars

I voted for Punch Drunk Love, but there really should be an option titled

"Who cares, it's Adam Sandler, why are we having a poll for such a forgettable actor"

How bout we have a "Favorite Vin Diesel Movies Thread"

or "Favorite James Caan Movie"

or "Favorite Natile Portman movie"

or "Favorite Luke Wilson movie"

all good actors, Sandler is decent, but there is no need for a thread devoted to him, same with the ones I named

You know I just don't think you get movies Long... with all due respect... you do post some pretty stupid comments often... Sandler is one of the most popular actors out there... those actors pale in comparison... don't throw him into the sentence with James Caan... Diesel... okay a bit more popular but what are you gonna say? Its between Riddick and Furious (maybe XXX).... Portman is too young for a thread like this and doesn't have enough movies... do your homework before posting comments like this...

Damn comp froze... sorry about all the posts... edititng

Anger Management is too funny for words. Though Nicholson really does steal the show.

Happy Gilmore and Billy Madison.

I don't know, it's a tough call between The Waterboy and The Wedding Singer. God help me, I still quote Waterboy to this day. :o

Punch Drunk Love???? WTF??? I never met anyone who liked that movie.

Adam Sandler a forgettable actor??? I don't think so. He is the closest thing my generation has to a Bill Murray.

Now Vin Diesel, there is a forgettable actor. The Pacifier is no better than any Sandler movie.

Punch Drunk Love is brilliant, and honestly the best work Sandler has done as an actor, not the frat boy favorite he normally plays, so I can see where it's not everyones cup of tea.

Sandler is no great comedic actor, he is a good one, one of many good one this generation has had, Carey, Farley, Jason Lee, more recently Will Ferrel, and Vince Vaughn. Sandler is no better then any of these I have named, so at the very least why don't we have favorite movie polls for these folks? None of them including Sanlder is close to Bill Murray who is currently transending generations with his recent fantastic comedies/dramadies Life Aquatic, Royal Tenninbaums, Lost in Translation, Broken Flowers

Vin Diesel is probably not better than Sandler, I do feel he is a tad bit underrated though, granted most of the roles he chooses don't help, but Find me Guilty was as good a movie, as most things Sandler.
