Favorite Arcade Games

Lets discuss our favorite arcade games here, seeing thats where alot of the industry started.

My favorite arcade game would have to be the Time Crisis series. It has good action, excellent boss fights, and of course our friend who never seems to die even after blowing himself up 4 (5 if you count project titan), Wild Dog.

Wow, that's a tough one. I have so many favorite arcade games it's not even funny.

I'll give my favorites later on tonight, hopefully we have a decent discussion going on by then. t:

My favorite game was WWF's Wrestlefest, it was the game before Acclaim got the liscene and started using fighting game mechanics to perform moves. Just a great game and the Royal Rumble mode kicked ass. They were plenty of great games at the arcades, but that was always my favorite one to play. Still wishing for a home console version.

My favorite Arcade games as a kid were and some of you younger members may not remember these, but Zaxxon, Rastan, Star Wars Arcade and of course Pole Position.

There's a lot that come to mind, but I'd have to say I spent a lot of hours on, X-Men the arcade game, Gate of Doom, Mk 1 and 2, King of the Monsters, and Captain America and the Avengers, but man there were so many. I miss those arcade days!

So many great memories growing up going to the arcade with my buddies.

Yeah, I loved that Avengers game. I remember buying it for the SNES when it was released on consoles. Me and my friends used to play the hell out of that game. I hated the end when Red Skull grows huge and starts opening a can of whoop ass.
