Jim Carrey's How the Grinch Stole Christmas. The animated one is a classic, but I thought this one was great. Leagues ahead of Mike Myers' Cat in the Hat.
Both Home Alone's with Maculay Culkin.
All Rankin-Bass specials (Rudolph and Santa Claus is Comin' to Town, in particular).

Out of all the obvious I didn't see Trading Places mentioned. I don't consider it a "Christmas movie" but since part of it takes place during Christmas (and New Years) I look at it as a movie that should be viewed during the holiday season lol.
