I voted for the chemist & nihilist Viper, she was a toxic slipping under! Mystique and Yuriko were pretty fierce also and still two of the best villainesses of the series.

I wanted to vote for Emma and Psylocke, however they lacked content and really fierce fight scenes.

The ones in FC, because their power displays were very dynamic and comic-booky.
