Did anyone notice, at the end, that Ironhide gave Josh Duhamel's character (Lennox, right?) a ride home to see his family. It's not spectacular, but it's a nice touch, imo. I'd like to see some interaction between the two in the sequel. I think thatIronhide would get along with the soldiers really well, since he is one.

My favorite scene was Starscream battling the jets over the city, when he was jumping and transforming back-and-forth and destroying jets.

I loved the whole first sequence with blackout. Unidentified chopper lands in the middle of base, transforms, and annihilates the entire command center. Simply awesome.

SS landing a Sector Seven then taking out the generators. Best shot of Starscream in the movie. I also like the shot of him perched at the Dam when he says "We live to serve you Megatron"...or whatever the line was.

you fall asleep after that part? How about Prime and Megatron going at it in the city streets? Prime and Meg's going through that building? Prime was as tough and cool as Optimus Frigging Prime should've been.

nope.

prime esentially got whooped twice by megatron.

they barely showed actual fighting between prime and megs; no actual use of punching/kicking/shooting (only once)/using other weapons.

the fight consisted of mostly grappling and falling and jumping around with each other.

the building scene was nice, but i wasn't blown away by it particularly.

in the prime/bonecrusher scene, prime actually punches bonecrusher, something you don't see for the rest of the film, and uses his axe, or i should say sword thing, to good use.

If you brought binoculars with you, you'd have seen an awesome fight between prime and megs. It was there, but in the background.

I'm guessing the best is yet to come from those two...

and yeah the arrival of the autobots, very spielbergian.

Also very memorable was optimus telling his comrades how he views humanity.

It's probably apt to note how the autobots are viewed as gods in the film.

lots of little biblical stuff in there. Sam is david, megatron's goliath. Before time began = in the beginning.

Sam hugs some nun (mary?)statues for protection... that's obvious.

The scene where Starscream bounds between incognito F-22 and his robot form was beyond cool. That was the sort of action I was hoping this film to have. Prime and Megatron in his jet mode busting through buildings is a close second.
