Of all the shows I've seen from start to finish, I'd say that Star Trek: Deep Space Nine had one the best final episodes of all.

What's your fave series-ender? And don't list something like "this show..I liked it because it ended, OMG that show sucked".

It's not my favorite, but I didn't think that the Seinfeld finale was the pile of **** that most people say.

    1) I really liked TNG's "All Good Things..." It was better than any of the TNG movies.

    2) DS9-"What You Leave Behind"

    3) SAAB-"Tell Our Moms We Did Our Best"

    4) Angel

    5) Fresh Prince of Bel-Air

Buffy The Vampire Slayer. The huge battle with all the different slayers & monsters & the whole town of Sunnydale being wiped off the map by collapsing into a bing sink hole.

Not Fade Away was one of the most amazing finales ever. It was practically note perfect.

Due South's finally was one of the better ones I've seen. Drew Carey's finally was good too, he gets everythign he's ever wanted in the last 10 minutes.

I liked Seinfeld's. It was the cliche clip show without being a cliche. It also avoided the cliches of someone getting married, having a baby, or moving away.

La Femme Nikita was fitting. Although it really took the shortened (but back from the dead) 5th season to really set everything in motion...

X-Files came off cool, but retrospectively it was disappointing:(

    Friends, great. Seinfeld, not-so-great.

Although I never watched the show past the first season, i did watch the finale of Dawson's Creek and it was honestly well written and suited all of the characters well.

    Arrested Development.

Titus. Sure, it was cancelled, but it still ended on a great note.

But it wasn't a series finale. It was a cliff hanger season finale for a show that didn't get picked back up.

The 110th and Final Episode of Babylon 5 - Sleeping in Light.

I've not seen the entire episode because at certain parts, the screen gets blurry for some reason. It's happened on my TV and Computer Monitor and both are in working condition and the DVD is flawless. Not a single scratch or imperfection.

I tend to count Serenity as Firefly's finale.

Anyway, my choice is Angel with "not fade away."

    Spike: We have a plan?

    Angel: We fight.

Spike: Care to be more specific?

Angel: Well, personally, I'd like to slay the dragon. Let's go to work.

    Smallville Season 3

  18. Angel's season finale was my favorite by far. Unfortunate it won't get picked up again and it makes me sad, but it was a very enjoyable episode and I wanted to see more.

But after watching it again last night, there's no reason for it to get picked up again. What is there to show? An Apocalyptic Los Angeles? The more I think about the episode, the more I understand that it ended on the right note.

    Angel: Not fade away

I think Question sumed up the episode with the quote

Star Trek The Next Generation:"All Good Things..."

It basicly said that destiny is what you make it. Thats a leason we can all learn.
