you mean beast wars? i really doubt that they'd be called battle beasts. I think you mean beast wars, which are re-releases of old figs i think. I've seen them. Battle Beasts was a line of some old school figs that were like 2 inches tall.


I meant to tell you Saint, that I've seen Optimus Primal and the T-rex megatron. I think you said you were looking for them at one time or something or maybe you just said you really liked them. i don't remember.

Here's a Fun Fact for ya SHT.

Battle Beasts....Which I love, were actually a Spin off From the Transformers back where they originated in Japan....over there they were called Beast Formers.

When Hasbro brought them over here they changed the name to Battle Beasts and Severed all ties they had to the Transformers....In one episode of the cartoon (The Japanese version anyway) many Different "Battle Beasts" Can be seen all around the back ground and stuff.

While I also think marbles meant Beast Wars as well, just though I would let you know of this nifty little story

Battle Beasts were created by Takara of Japan in 1984. Tomy Co., Ltd., aka K.K. Takara-Tomy, still owns the worldwide rights to the property. The heyday for the toyline came during the period in which it was licensed to Hasbro for distribution outside of Japan when Hasbro marketed the toys in America and many other parts of the world. Although in the Japanese market Takara branded the toys as a spin-off of Transformers and even named the toys "BeastFormers," their tie-in to the Transformers universe was not part of the Hasbro story or marketing.
