Find the Jar-Jar in a Movie

Larry the Cable Guy should be banned from ever appearing in a movie again.

Larry the Cable Guy should be banned from existence. He's a personality shtick as fake as the guys from Duck Dynasty anyway.

Tyler Perry in Tyler Perry's movies.

Agreed. Every time I see him in anything, I'm like, "Is there anyone who still finds this idiot funny?"

I think he was good in the second movie too.

Yeah, I liked Franco in the first two films. He was awful in the third one, but so was everyone else, IMO.

Franco is a-ok in my book. The Book of Octoberist. And he was deliciously hamfisted in Spidey 3.

James Franco was great in sm3. Forget y'all :: proceeds to paint fruit while listening to the twist::

If anyone was the Jar Jar in SM3, it was Tobey. Maybe Topher Grace.

I agree:

Rudy-Fifth Element
Mutt Williams-Indiana Jones.. Krystal Skull
Tim and Lex-Jurassic Park
Evil Peter Parker-SM3
Skids and Mudflap-Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen
Jar Jar-Star Wars PM

*some aren't bad, bad, but still annoying characters too some degree.

Idiots who are too dumb to know "Larry" originated his redneck shtick to make fun of them. He got his Southern accent from his college roommate.

I actually thought James Franco was one of the better people in Spider-Man 3. He at least didn't do anything as attention-drawingly ridiculous as Tobey.

Keanu Reeves in "Dracula". Holy hell, was he terrible. Winona Ryder wasn't much better but at least she could pull off a passable English accent.

Actually, Kristen Dunst was the worst in the Raimi trilogy. She was ok in the first but got worse as the movies went along.

Halle Berry in Die Another Day.

Chris Tucker in Fifth Element...except I like Tucker in the movie and I like Fifth Element.

To all the Franco defenders... I guess my issue with him in Spidey 3 was that after that ludicrous scene in which his BUTLER tells him that he somehow deduced that his father killed himself due to his apparent expert knowledge of stab wounds, he suddenly turns "good" again. It's not Franco so much that bugs me; it's more the writing there than anything else. It just irked me that someone who was portrayed as such an evil, scheming bastard throughout the first two thirds of the film would suddenly do such a 180. But it is very true... other characters/actors in that movie were worse. I loved Tobey in the first two films, but he is awful in part 3. Kirsten Dunst was terrible and she SANG. MORE THAN ONCE. And don't even get me started on Topher "PRETTY PRETTY PLEASE GOD, KILL PETER PARKER" Grace.

So in other words... I didn't like Harry in Spider-Man 3, but I agree, he was far from the worst character in the movie.

The Butler scene is still one of the dumbest things that's happened in a comic book movie. Apparently the Butler was supposed to be part of Harry's imagination and he was hallucinating the Butler, but even that sounds kinda weak because that idea sounds way more psychological than anything else we got in the series.

Kirsten Dunst I agree with. Like Fisher said, she was fine in the Spider-Man 1 but with each movie they made her look worse in worse, both looks and character-wise.

In fact, I was hoping for the moment Peter would would kick her to the curve and go to Gwen Stacy.

Now if the Butler had said that he had always known that Norman was Goblin then it would have been much better, Poor papa Paxton still gets too much heat for that one scene.:csad:

people dislike ruby rhod? i thought he was the best character in the movie.

Forget the scientists, what about the angry aussie rival pilot in Pacific Rim? God-damn he such a cliche.

Wait, what? That's what was supposed to be happening?

From SM3 i enjoyed Francos OTT performance, the Jar Jar of that movie was Brock for me.

He calls Gwen his girlfriend after going for one Coffee, he lies to get the job and is all pissy at Peter when he calls out his lying, blaming Peter for his own mistake, then to top it off he asks god to kill Peter. Everyone knows if there's one thing you can't ask God to is to kill someone.

Now that I think about it, I'd also put Topher up there as the Jar-Jar in the movie Predators. It's not really his fault though... I think he was fine in the movie until the very end, when he turns into a massive idiot. "HEY, PREDATORS, IT'S OKAY! YOU DON'T HAVE TO KILL ME BECAUSE I'M JUST LIKE YOU! WE COMPLETE EACH OTHER!" So, I suppose he's a Jar Jar due to bad writing, more than anything else. The same could be said for his Eddie Brock character, though I'd say he was worse in that movie.
