What do you guys think of this movie. It's one of my all time favorite films. The story, directing, performance, all are so amazing. This is one of the most emotional movies I have ever watched.

I found it rather maudlin and forgettable.

Love it! Fantastic film.

The cinematography and score really stick out to me. Kate Winslet was great and I consider this one of Johnny Depp's last really good movies...so far.

I love Finding Neverland. I always thought it was criminally underrated. A really touching movie, really great performances all around.

Underrated?

$118 million gross on a $25 million budget, 83% fresh on RT, numerous awards nominations and recognitions, including 7 Oscar nominations, and it's criminally underrated?

I'd assume he means more that people don't really talk about it all that much anymore.
I saw it quite a while ago, but remember it being quite enjoyable. With this, Stay and Stranger Than Fiction, I feel kinda bad for Forster with all the hate he gets for Quantum, and already for World War Z.

some directors just don't have the sensibilities for high scale tent pole films.

I was thinking of watching this again soon. I was just worried it may not age very well.

Exactly what I meant. Maybe I could've used a better word, but yeah, nobody ever seems to talk about it. Which is a shame.

I just mean that he's got quite a decent filmography beyond his Bond film but he is unfairly lambasted as an awful director based on that alone. I mean looking at the comments on World War Z, sometimes when people would find out that he was the director it was an "oh him" moment like he was Ratner or Schumacher.

I love it, it's one of the few films that have made me cry.
