Not sure where to post this as I got this from a friend who claims it's real but since right now there's no official word on it being real, I'll post it here (unless someone finds it has to be posted somewhere else).

It can be downloaded here: http://www.sendspace.com/file/eeq51r
(Note: I don't have a clue why it's just 20 pages or the filename has a 2 behind it)

INT. HAT FACTORY WAREHOUSE - NIGHT
TITLE CARD: SOME YEARS AGO
A wall of large wooden boxes. We see a shadow of a person
move by swiftly.
Another group of boxes. We see the man as a silhouette
crawl on top of them. The silhouette reveals himself as a
small man, wearing an OVERSIZED HAT, his face still hidden
in shadows.
On the other side of the warehouse a door is smashed in.
Light shines in from behind a tall, strong looking
silhouette. The person steps forward and by his costume we
can recognize him as SUPERMAN (early 30’s), also known as
CLARK KENT. There are people (wearing hats) all over him,
punching and biting and clawing (with no effect). Their
eyes look lifeless. CLARK looks up at the tiny man.
CLARK
This is it, Mad Hatter. The game
is up!
THE MAD HATTER steps into the light. The tiny man wears a
green suit and has rabbit-like teeth. His eyes glitter
with excitement.
THE MAD HATTER
You can’t stop me Superman!
Nobody can. I already took out
your little friend Batman, and
you’re next. Soon, the world will
be exhilarated as it becomes a

hat paradise!
A hat paradise, I

tell you! And we shall dance the
dance of the hats under bright
moonlight, while enjoying a nice
cup of tea... cups that are
shaped like tiny hats.
CLARK pushes the people away from him. They crawl over to
him like zombies, but CLARK pays them no attention.
CLARK
Your plan will never work,
Hatter. You might’ve been able to
put your mind control on these
citizens, but the world will not
fall so easily.
THE MAD HATTER
Oh really? Because I’m about to
gain a

very powerful ally!

THE MAD HATTER takes off his hat. He pulls a futuristic
looking gun out of it, and shoots a blue ray at CLARK’s
head.

2.
CLARK panicks as he falls to his knees. He grabs his head
with both hands and screams loudly.
THE MAD HATTER
First Batman, now Superman! With
two of earth’s most powerful
heroes under my command, I can
finally create my

Wonderland.

BRUCE (O.S.)
Think again Hatter!
THE MAD HATTER
What?
Out of the shadows BATMAN, also known as BRUCE WAYNE (late
30’s, early 40’s), jumps at THE MAD HATTER and lands a
kick in his stomach. THE MAD HATTER flies back and crashes
into the floor. His hat falls off.
THE MAD HATTER
NOOO! My hat. My beautiful hat...
THE MAD HATTER bends over and picks up his hat. He
caresses it and hugs it gently. He whispers small nothings
at it. A large SHADOW covers THE MAD HATTER. He looks up.
A fist flies at his face.
CRACK! BRUCE breaks THE MAD HATTER’s nose with a single
punch. He picks him up by the collar of his suit as THE
MAD HATTER screams in agony!
CLOSE UP: BRUCE’s eyes are filled with rage. He breathes
heavily. The point is clear, BRUCE is on the edge again.
BRUCE
This ends here!
BRUCE throws THE MAD HATTER into the wall of boxes. A box
breaks open and the unconscious MAD HATTER is covered in
hats.
BRUCE walks over to CLARK, who slowly regains control over
his mind. The people around him lay still. A closer look
reveals they’re still breathing.
BRUCE
You alright, Clark?
CLARK
I am now. How’s the Hatter?
BRUCE
Taken out... I owe you one for
saving me from Hatter’s mind
control.
(CONTINUED)
3.
CLARK
I consider us even already. I
nearly fell victim to it as well.
Both heroes smile.
BRUCE
Well, I’m going to call
Commissioner Gordon to take care
of these people. I’ll take The
Hatter to Arkham myself.
BRUCE turns to walks away.
CLARK
Bruce, there’s something we need
to talk about. Can I meet up with
you later.
BRUCE looks surprised.
BRUCE
Eh, sure. Hit me up at the
Batcave later.
BRUCE runs of into the shadows, as he always does. CLARK
looks concerned.
CUT TO:
INT. THE BATCAVE - NIGHT
WIDE: We see CLARK (in costume) stand as a blip in front
of an enormous computer, THE BATCOMPUTER. As we hear
footsteps coming close, he turns around.
BRUCE (in costume but his mask is off) walks over to
CLARK. Behind him to his right the GIANT PENNY and DEFUNCT
MECHANICAL T-REX are visible. On his left stands the
BATMOBILE.
BRUCE
So Clark, what is it that got you
spooked?
CLARK
I, when we confronted the Mad
Hatter and he shot me with his
mind control gun

, I felt fear,

fear for what could, no.. would
happen if I lost control. If my
powers were turned against the
people of earth.

4.
BRUCE
Clark...
CLARK
I realize now more than ever that
I need an insurance policy in
case this were ever to happen.
And I need you to be that
insurance. To be able to defeat
me, when I’ve reached the point
of no return.
BRUCE
How do you expect me to do that?
CLARK
I’ve created two rings, one made
out of Green Kryptonite to weaken
me, one made out of Gold
Kryptonite to... to permanently
remove my powers. I want you to
have them, and use them if you
deem it necessary.
CLARK hands BRUCE two small boxes, made out of LEAD.
BRUCE
Why me? Why not Hal or Barry or
one of the others? I’m still only
human, Clark. And you’re

the most

powerful man on earth.
CLARK
This is true. But I know you’ve
studied all of us in the many
battles we fought side by side,
watching us, learning our every
move. If anyone would know how to
get close to me, to take me
out... it is you. But what’s most
important, is that you chose for
yourself to become a hero. Me,
Hal, Diana, we all became heroes
because of the powers we were
gifted with. Our paths were laid
out before us...
CLARK walks over and puts his hand on BRUCE’s shoulder.
BRUCE (CONT’D)
The murder of your parents lead
you to a path of darkness, a path
that could’ve pushed you into
becoming something terrible. Yet
you chose for yourself to become
a hero, to use that darkness to
fight for what is right, and walk

BRUCE (CONT’D)
that path to the end. And that
Bruce, is what makes you

the most

dangerous man on earth.
Silence. BRUCE hangs his head as he takes in CLARK’s
speech. Then he looks up.
BRUCE
This is a great responsibility,
Clark.
CLARK
And nobody else but you could
handle it. Let’s just hope, for
both our sakes, we never have to
stand against each other.
BRUCE
Indeed.
BRUCE and CLARK turn to each other. They shake hands.
WIDE: Their faces are on the edges of the frame. They look
each other deep into each other’s eyes. We feel the
tension rise.
TITLE: BATMAN VS. SUPERMAN

CUT TO:
EXT. OUTER SPACE OF THE 12TH DIMENSION
TITLE CARD: THE NOT-TOO-DISTANT FUTURE
The outer limits of space in a dimension beyond our own.
The sky is a dark purple, decorated by thousands of red
stars. Closer, a RED SUN shines brightly.
A wormhole appears out of nowhere. A ROUND SHUTTLE shoots
out of it. We follow the shuttle as it soars towards a
small green and blue planet.
EXT. EARTH OF THE 12TH DIMENSION - DAWN
The shuttle bursts through the atmosphere of the planet.
As it soars towards the ground with amazing speed, a hatch
is opened. A parachute opens and the shuttle slows it
speed. It crashes into a field of BLUE GRASS.
CLOSE UP: the shuttle as it lays still in the field.
Silence... than a hatch opens on top. Suppressed air
escapes from it’s sides.
(CONTINUED)
6.
WIDE: a silhouette (MALE) crawls out of the shuttle and
jumps to the ground.
The silhouette is wearing a black armor with a black cape.
There are special metal plates attached to it on his
shoulders, elbows and knees. He wears a helmet with two
pointy ears. His eyes are covered with red visors. His
mouth is covered by a metallic breathing device. On the
chest of the suit is a logo, which we recognize as the
BATMAN EMBLEM.
The man pushes a couple of buttons on a small
wrist-computer. A green light pops up. The man removes the
helmet.
CLOSE UP: The face of BRUCE, covered in sweat. His hair is
wet. He breathes heavily.
BRUCE investigates the shuttle. It appears to be intact.
He looks off to the distance. A LARGE BLACK MOUNTAIN is
visible in the distance. BRUCE pushes more buttons on his
wrist computer. The computer starts beeping, a long pause
between each beep. He turns around. The beeping goes
slightly faster. He starts walking.
EXT. GREEN RIVER - DAWN
BRUCE arrives at the shore of a river. The water is GREEN.
There are now only intervals of less than a second between
each beep. BRUCE looks around. His eyes grows wider.
A person is lying further down the shore on his stomach.
BRUCE runs towards the person.
BRUCE
Clark? Clark, is that you?
BRUCE turns the man around. It is indeed CLARK. He wears
his costume, but it is torn. He has severe wounds all over
his body.
BRUCE
Clark! Is everything okay?
CLARK opens his eyes. They are BLOODSHOT.
CLARK
Who-who is there?
BRUCE
It’s Bruce. Everything is going
to be alright. Come on, let’s get
you over there!
(CONTINUED)
7.
BRUCE pulls CLARK up. Using BRUCE as support he walks over
to a BLACK ROCK. The closer they get, the more bloodshot
Clark’s eyes turn. Suddenly he violently pushes BRUCE
away.
CLARK
I’m not a cripple, you know! I
can handle myself.
BRUCE
(surprised)
Clark? What’s the matter?
BRUCE reaches out but CLARK pushes his hand away. Weakened
he falls to the ground.
CLARK
I-I don’t, need you to... to
babysit me!
BRUCE
Clark. Be reasonable. Luthor has
teleported you into an unknown
dimension. The red sun has left
you powerless. You’re wounded. If
I don’t get you back to earth
immediately YOU WILL DIE HERE!
BRUCE grabs CLARK, who uses his last strength to fight
him. It’s no use, he’s too weakened. BRUCE picks CLARK up
and carries him away.
EXT. THE SHUTTLE - DAY
BRUCE arrives at the shuttle with CLARK. He puts him down
against the hull. He taps his face.
BRUCE
Clark? Wake up, I can’t carry you
into the shuttle myself.
CLOSE UP: CLARK slowly opens his eyes. they’re no longer
bloodshot.
CLARK
Bruce? Is that you?
BRUCE
That’s right, Clark. Can you
stand up? We need to get into the
shuttle.
CLARK slowly gets himself up. He leans against the
shuttle.
(CONTINUED)
8.
CLARK
I think I can manage.
CLARK and BRUCE climb into the shuttle.
INT. THE SHUTTLE - DAY
BRUCE and CLARK sit down in the two seats of the shuttle.
Climbing into the shuttle has cost CLARK greatly. He’s
drifting in and out of consciousness. BRUCE attaches his
wrist computer to a small terminal, the only equipment in
the shuttle. He puts the helmet next to him.
BRUCE
Alright, Clark. We’re almost
home.
He pushes a big button. The computer croaks.
COMPUTER V.O.
(distorted)
Bruce? Bruce, is that you? Did
you find Clark?
BRUCE
Yes John, it’s me. I’ve got
Clark. Now let’s see if you can
actually get us back.
JOHN V.O.
(distorted)
I got you there without trouble,
didn’t I?
BRUCE
That you did. Alright, we’re
ready to go.
JOHN V.O.
Here we go, all or nothing.
The computer starts beeping. The shuttle starts trembling.
The trembling turns into rumbling. It’s as if a massive
earthquake is destroying the planet around them. Then...
nothing. The rumbling has stopped along with the beeping
computer. The hatch is opened from the outside. BRUCE
looks up.
CLOSE UP: JOHN HENRY IRONS (a strong, large black man, mid
30’s), also known as STEEL, looks through the hatch.
JOHN
Well, that went swell, didn’t it?
9.
INT. STEELE LABS - DAY
The lab of JOHN HENRY IRONS is filled with advanced
computers and machinery. BRUCE crawls out of the shuttle.
Together with JOHN they pull CLARK out.
BRUCE
Hurry, we need to put him in the
sun immediately.
JOHN
On it!
JOHN walks over to a large computer. He types in a command
and on the other side of the lab a door opens. Sunlight
pours in. Together with BRUCE they carry CLARK outside.
EXT. ROOFTOP TERRACE STEELE LABS - DAY
BRUCE and JOHN lay CLARK down.
CLOSE UP: The SUN shines brightly.
CLARK slowly starts moving, he breathes more calmly. BRUCE
removes the specially modified plates from his armor.
BRUCE
So, how did it go with Luthor?
JOHN
I’m afraid he was already gone
when Hal and Diana arrived.
BRUCE
Dammit! They didn’t manage to
track him?
JOHN
You know Lex. He isn’t like one
of
your guys, playing with

people, leaving behind clues.

It’s all dead serious with him.

BRUCE

Well, I’d still like to

investigate the scene

myself.

JOHN

I wouldn’t expect anything less

from you.

BRUCE and JOHN move towards the edge of the balcony. They

lean on the railing. BRUCE looks at the sun.

(CONTINUED)

10.

BRUCE

He really did a number on him

this time. Teleport him to a red

sun dimension...

BRUCE looks back at CLARK.

BRUCE (CONT’D)

... Where does obsession like

that come from?

JOHN swiftly looks at BRUCE. His face says everything.

BRUCE WAYNE is the last person who should speak on

anybody’s obsession.

JOHN

... Who knows? Lex might be a

genius but he’s also insane. I

doubt he’s the only one with an

unhealthy obsession.

BRUCE knows immediately what JOHN is implying. He looks at

him, but JOHN doesn’t return the favor. BRUCE is about to

say something but is interrupted by SOFT MOANS. CLARK is

awake and sits up.

CLARK

Bruce? John? What’s happened?

BRUCE and JOHN quickly walk over to CLARK.

JOHN

Bruce saved you from death in

some distant dimension, that’s

what’s happened.

BRUCE

We don’t know the details but we

do know that Luthor was behind

it. Luckily John found out in

time and was able to pinpoint

your location. He called me and I

got you out... with his help of

course.

CLARK ponders for a moment.

CLARK

I remember... some parts. I

confronted Lex at his lab.

CUT TO:

11.

INT. LEX LUTHOR LAB - NIGHT

FLASHBACK: SHOWN AS CLARK NARRATES

CLARK V.O.

He, he didn’t expect me.

LEX LUTHOR (bald, late 40’s) looks up shocked from a metal

workbench as the door to his lab is ripped open and thrown

away. CLARK walks in. A henchman of Luthor (DR GRANT)

slowly walks backwards until his back is against a

futuristic looking machine. His hands rest on a control

panel. He’s nervous and scared. LEX grabs a futuristic gun

from a desk and pulls the trigger.

CLARK V.O.

Shot me with a gun, it fired red

sun rays.... Next thing I know I

was falling from the sky.

CUT TO:

EXT. EARTH OF THE 12TH DIMENSION - NIGHT

CLARK falls from the sky and lands in the GREEN RIVER. The

immense speed causes him to soar through the water and

smack against the rocks on the bottom of the river. By

flailing his arms he manages to reach the shore. As he

crawls over the sand he pulls himself up on a BLACK ROCK.

CLARK V.O.

I remember... feeling angry.

Rage. Like I wanted to hurt

someone.

CLOSE UP: CLARK’s hands touch the black rock.

CAMERA PANS upwards to show his eyes slowly becoming

bloodshot. He grinds his teeth, his face screams anger.

CLARK V.O.

And then I blacked out...

CLARK falls over. He slowly crawls away from the black

rock, then passes out.

FADE OUT:

EXT. ROOFTOP TERRACE STEELE LABS - DAY

CLARK looks up at the sun.

CLARK (CONT’D)

... And woke up here.

BRUCE

You don’t remember me finding

you? Helping you up?

CLARK

No. But most of it is still a

blur.

BRUCE

(pondering)

Hmmm...

JOHN

What’s the matter?

BRUCE

(to Clark)

You did act weird. Aggressive,

like you said you felt. But

that’s not what’s bothering me.

You say Luthor shot you with a

gun that fired red sun rays. If

you were already weakened, why

didn’t he finish the job right

there and then? Why go through

the trouble of teleporting you to

a completely different dimension

to finish you off?

JOHN

You’re right. It’s total

overkill, even for Lex.

The trio is silent as they try to put the pieces together.

CLARK

Wait, how long was I gone?

JOHN

Ehm, one, two days. I needed a

full day to set up all the

equipment needed for your rescue,

even with Barry’s help.

CLARK stands up.

CLARK

Alright then. We can keep

speculating about Lex forever but

I better go check in on The Daily

Planet. They’re probably

wondering where Clark Kent has

been these days. Lex will

probably pop up sooner or later

anyway.

(CONTINUED)

13.

BRUCE

I better go back to Gotham as

well. Tim and Drake are keeping

things in check, but the scum has

a tendency of coming out in

numbers whenever they realize

I’ve been off for a night.

The trio shakes hands.

BRUCE

(to John)

I assume you’ll inform the

others?

JOHN

No problem.

CLARK slowly lifts himself of the ground.

CLARK

Alright then. Bruce, John, I

can’t thank you two enough.

JOHN

Our pleasure.

BRUCE

You’d do the same for us.

CLARK smiles, than flies off at full speed.

BRUCE

I’m off as well. Also, keep

Luthor’s lab off limits for

anyone! I’ll check up on it later

this week.

JOHN

You really think you’re going to

find something the others didn’t?

BRUCE

Perhaps. After all,

it takes one

to find one

, isn’t that right,

John?

A dark grin creeps on BRUCE’s face. JOHN gulps.

BRUCE

Good day, John!

BRUCE jumps off the terrace. As he soars down towards the

streets, he spreads his arms and his cape becomes a

GLIDER. He sweeps off into the distance.

JOHN

(shaking his head, smiling)

Damn lunatic!

FADE OUT:

INT. LEX LUTHOR’S HIDEOUT - DAY

FADE IN:

CLOSE UP: The back of LEX LUTHOR’s bald head.

CAMERA PANS BACK: LEX is working at a workbench. He’s

working on a device a keen eye can recognize as the gun he

shot CLARK with.

OFF SCREEN someone walks into the room. LEX turns around.

DR GRANT stands before him. He doesn’t dare to look LEX in

the eyes.

DR GRANT

Superman, eh, is back. He was

spotted this morning saving a

group of people from a burning

building.

LEX sighs.

LEX

It was to be expected. Unlike

myself he relies on his little

clique of friends to save him

whenever troubles arise.

DR GRANT

I-I was wondering. Why didn’t you

kill him after you shot him with

the sun-stun gun?

LEX picks up a small VOICE RECORDER from the workbench and

pushes a button.

LEX

(into recorder)

Memo to self. Come up with new

name for sun-stun gun. The name

rolls terribly of the tongue...

He puts the recorder back down on the workbench. The keen

eye might notice he forgot to turn it off again (not

explicitly shown).

LEX (CONT’D)

... I assume you meant to ask,

why didn’t I kill him before you

stupidly activated the

dimensional portal?

(CONTINUED)

15.

DR GRANT looks nervous. A drop of sweat rolls down his

cheek.

DR GRANT

I-uh, well, I didn’t...

LEX

Oh, shut up already. Let’s not

forget that the only reason

you’re here is because my mission

required a second person, an

uncomfortable thought since I

rely on nothing except my own

intellect... But to answer your

question, you already know why I

didn’t kill him.

DR GRANT

I understand you want to destroy

Superman’s public image before

you kill him, but surely an

opportunity like this should’ve

been taken?

LEX

Perhaps, but his murder would

simply backfire on myself.

Killing Superman would only turn

him into a martyr and me into the

bad guy. Sure, we’d be free of

his tyranny but I want him

destroyed completely. Not just

him, but his

entire legacy! And

now, I can do just that.

LEX walks over to a futuristic looking machine. In it’s

center is a glass window. LEX smiles as he looks through

it.

CLOSE UP: a BLACK ROCK floats in a chamber.

LEX (CONT’D)

The Black Kryptonite

I recovered

from the 12th dimension could not

be better suited for my mission.

Soon, Superman will show his true

nature, and as he spreads terror

across the world, I, LEX LUTHOR,

will finally complete my birth

right and save the world... by

killing THE MAN OF STEEL!

DR GRANT laughs mildly.

By the way, did I mention the

DR GRANT looks up scared. LEX pulls a gun as he turns

around and shoots his henchman. He closely investigates

the gun.

LEX

Such a simple tool. It’s almost

beneath me.

LEX returns to his work.

CUT TO:

INT. THE DAILY PLANET - METROPOLIS - DAY

CLARK KENT stumbles onto the office floor. He wears a nice

suit, smart glasses, carries multiple files close to his

chest as he walks around clumsily, his shoulders hang low

to cover up his buff body. In no way does this big ox

resemble the heroic SUPERMAN.

From the other side of the room LOIS LANE (early 30’s)

walks over.

LOIS

Clark, where have you been these

past few days?

CLARK

Uh, I’ve been ill. Hallucinating

even, like I was trapped in

another dimension.

JIMMY (O.S.)

Hah, I felt like that last month.

JIMMY OLSEN (20’s) slaps CLARK on the back, who let’s all

his files fall on the floor. CLARK and LOIS bend over to

pick up the papers.

LOIS

(mumbling)

Oh, for crying out loud.

JIMMY

Of course, I was

actually

trapped in another dimension and

Superman had to get me out.

CLARK stands up with the files and pushes his glasses back

up his nose.

Oh, it’s not that bad. Like last

week, I forgot my keys but did I

call on Superman? No! I just went

to...

PERRY (O.S.)

Clark, Lois, I need you!

The Daily Planet’s editor-in-chief, PERRY WHITE, walks out

of his office onto the work floor.

LOIS

What is it, Perry?

PERRY

Trouble in downtown. A bank is

being robbed, reportedly by a

single individual. Scrambled all

the cameras. I need you two to go

down there ASAP and report on it.

LOIS

On it. Let’s go Clark!

CLARK hesitates for a second.

CLARK

Oh, the thing is I, uh, I think I

left the oven on when I left my

apartment. I need to go and turn

it off first.

PERRY

Are you kidding me, Clark? First

you disappear for two days

without notifying me and now you

gonna run out the first gig when

you finally reappear?

CLARK

Sorry Perry, but I’ll make up for

it later.

PERRY

Yeah, yeah, just go already.

CLARK runs off, but not before clumsily pushing over a

coworker. PERRY turns to JIMMY.

PERRY

Alright Jimmy, this is your big

chance. You go with Lois and

report on the bank robbery.

JIMMY clicks his heels together and salutes PERRY.

JIMMY

On it boss. I won’t disappoint

you!

Awkward silence. PERRY looks at LOIS with a face that says

’good luck’.

EXT. THE DAILY PLANET ROOFTOP - DAY

CLARK runs out of the staircase and pulls open his shirt

to reveal the SUPERMAN EMBLEM underneath. Seconds later he

flies off the rooftop towards Downtown Metropolis.

CUT TO:

EXT. METROPOLIS BANK OF BUSINESS - DAY

The streets surrounding the bank are evacuated and blocked

off by police cars. A DAILY PLANET NEWSPAPER flies through

the empty street. In it are multiple POLICE CARS, windows

laying around.

CAMERA PANS back to reveal a single man in futuristic

armor stand waiting. By his bald head we recognize him as

LEX.

LEX

That took you long enough.

CLARK

Lex! What have you done?

CLARK

Why?

LEX shrugs.

LEX

To get your attention of course.

LEX slowly draws the sun-stun gun.

LEX (CONT’D)

Remember

my little friend here.

LEX aims the gun and his finger moves towards the trigger.

With amazing speed CLARK runs to the other side of the

room. LEX looks at his hand. The gun is gone.

LEX turns around. CLARK is holding the gun.

CLARK

You didn’t really think you could

surprise me like that twice?

LEX

Of course I didn’t.

LEX pushes a button on his chest plate. The sun-stun gun

beeps.

CLARK

What...?

The sun-stun gun explodes in a flash of red light.

CUT TO:

EXT. METROPOLIS BANK OF BUSINESS - DAY

Red light flashes out of the windows of the bank. The

onlooking police officers and citizens look at each other

confused and baffled.

INT. METROPOLIS BANK OF BUSINESS - DAY

CLARK has fallen over. Sweat drips down his face. LEX

smiles proudly.

CLARK

What-What have you done?

LEX

Nothing yet. The effects of the

red sun blast will dissolve in

roughly five minutes. Enough time

for me to do this...

LEX pulls a SYRINGE out of a small container on his armor.

The syringe contains a black liquid. LEX injects CLARK

with the black liquid, then puts the syringe back in it’s

container.

CUT TO:

INT. CLARK’S BLOODSTREAM

Black cells slowly take over the red blood cells.

CUT TO:

INT. METROPOLIS BANK OF BUSINESS - DAY

LEX looks at a watch built into his armor and pushes a

button. A timer starts to count down from 168 hours.

LEX

Enjoy the next seven days

Superman. I know I will.

LEX walks away while behind him CLARK screams with anger.

His eyes turn bloodshot, then become completely red with

light as if his HEAT VISION is on by default.

CUT TO:

INT. JIMMY OLSEN’S CAR - DOWNTOWN METROPOLIS - DAY

JIMMY drives the car through Metropolis. LOIS is sitting

in the passenger’s seat and looks out of the window.

LOIS

It never bothers you how Clark

always mysteriously disappears

when something big happens?

JIMMY

Hmm? You still believe Clark is

secretly Superman?

mean, it’s too convenient, isn’t

JIMMY

Frankly, I think it’s just

convenient

for you.

LOIS

What do you mean?

JIMMY

Well, it’s no secret that Clark

has a big crush on you. And yet

you have a, well, an impossible

crush on Superman. Subconsciously

you feel bad for Clark and so

your mind tries to connect them

because if Clark was Superman, it

would all work out...

JIMMY looks at LOIS directly.

JIMMY (CONT’D)

It’s all psychological.

LOIS

(impressed)

... Wow, that actually makes

sense, Jimmy.

JIMMY

Well, I didn’t follow that

part-time psychology course for

nothing you know. Yes sirree, I

know exactly...

A POLICE CAR falls out of the sky and crashes on the car

in front of them. JIMMY hits the brakes.

CUT TO:

EXT. DOWNTOWN METROPOLIS - DAY

CLARK (from now on referred to as EVIL SUPERMAN) floats a

couple of feet above the ground. He picks up nearby cars

by their roof and throws them away while using his heat

vision to blow up police cars arriving at the scene.

Citizens and police officers alike run away in panic.

JIMMY and LOIS step out of their car. They look shocked at

the chaos.
