WHAT THE HELL ARE YOU TALKING ABOUT? THE LADY HOLDING THE MACE IS THE "PLAYABLE" CHARACTER, SO SHE'S IN THE FOREGROUND, MAKING HER LOOK BIGGER.

THE GRAPHICS ARE CRAPTACULAR.......THAT'S WHY I WAS HOPING/ASSUMING IT WAS FAKE..........BUT THE CHARACTER SIZE IS FINE. MAYBE YOU'VE JUST NEVER SEEN A '57 CHEVY UP CLOSE OR SOMETHING.

i don't see what the problem is with the scale either. i can see why people may think that, but that's because the buildings are small and it looks like some of them are as tall as the first story. but the cars to the people looks fine to me.
