My question is how big of a role will he be and if they will have Batgirl get mad because Robin is the side-kick and she isn't. Also is Robin going to be Dick or Tim? What I think they should do to explain Robin is have him be the one from TT and say he was of training which makes you think Robin came before Batgirl.

Considering other designs, the Robin is half-decent. Body is a bit off and they completely ignore basic anatomy, but otherwise I'm not complaining. At least they'e keeping him the right age, from looks.

That's the costume talkin'.I like the costume but he doesn't have to look like he's five yrs old.He looks younger than Batgirl.They could've made him at least five yrs younger than Batman.
I guess they made him look that wayso that kids can see what it's like if they were Batman's sidekick,either that or there could be alot of endo smokin' going on.

According to ComicsContinuum, Evan Sabara voicing robin in the new sesason of The Batman:

Evan Sabara is providing the voice of Robin in the upcoming season of Kids' WB!'s The Batman animated series.

As previously reported, The Batman's version of Robin will be Dick Grayson.

Credits for Sabara, 14, include television series Malcolm in the MIddle and Judging Amy and feature films Raising Helen and Spy Kids 3-D: Game Over.

Sabara and castmates Rino Romano (Batman) and Danielle Judovits (Batgirl) will be part of a Batman/Teen Titans presenation on Saturday, July 22 at Comic-Con International in San Diego.

I am curious to know why Batgirl came before Robin, but anyone who watches the show knows that they aren't keeping to the traditional character backgrounds in the least. (Penguin is is seen as a normal, albeit disgusting, man, Mr. Freeze is a jewel-thief not a scientist, etc.)

Penguin has always been a normal yet ugly man, with a lage nose, and pudgy features. BATMAN RETURNS' origin for penguin is NOT Penguin's origin.

Freeze was changed, not the Penguin.

Oh come on, unless they are anatomically correct they all look like anime characters. I think its time to stop this damn anime looking crap since many cartoons now are adopting this style(cause half the artist grew up on anime).


That robin picture is a lot better then what they showed in the promo. Now if they would update batgirls costume and give batman longer ears wed be in business.

Binker just posted that evan sabara was doing the voice of robin in the batman, not scott mellville who voiced robin in teen titans. so i guess that means that evan will be supporting the role of robin.
