The Door restored your faith?

That was intended to be a joke. After all, this blog-greeting-whatever does represent, strictly speaking, the first "reveal" of the Watchmen production. And what did we see? Two things. 1) A rather haggard/stoned/sepiatoned Snyder taking some time to reach out to the fans (which is a really cool thing to do... I don't understand why CHUD and others are harping on him for it.), and 2) A door-jam from an actual set from Watchmen.
Given the inherently underwhelming nature of a glimpse of a door-jam, I thought I would make a joke -- a sort of satirical comment on the paranoid histrionics of comic-film-geeks and their tendency to make mountains out of mole-hills. And it wasn't that funny.
