Everything is drawn on the computer.
For the Sketch I use a program called Sketchbook Pro. Inks to Colors I do in Photoshop.

Also, how large are the originals? What size paper did you use?

I draw at 300 dpi in sketchbook pro/photoshop 11 x 17.
