there is nothing wrong with a nation defending and protecting its borders.

you would defer to the UN over the Constitution? the UN is a powerless body. no nation on earth is considered rogue for defending its borders. your lack of thought and substance scares me. you constantly toss out all of these ridiculous ignorant claims without anything to back them up. this is just another example.
well there's a non sequitur. What are we, Grenada?

ah, the namecalling and the rollyeyes are trotted out again. spare me the, "we're not allowed" rubbish. do you know how silly that sounds? more claims without anything to back them up. international law is meaningless when defending our nation from invasion. the Constitution and no international handshake is the supreme law of the land. There's a little something called international law, we're not allowed to lay mines out for all the illegal immigrants. How's the National Socialist Party doing for sick son of a *****?![]()
they aren't refugees. not only do you not understand the definition of fascist, but you don't seem to understand the definition of refugee.Wake up and smell the coffee fascist, we're not even allowed to use mines in combat might as less against refugees.

So, explain this to me. Why is the issue of illegal immigration such a big deal to so many people? It hardly seems the worst of the issues our country is facing and is fairly benign in the face of the other things we have going on that need our attention, resources and tax dollars. Why is this such a burning issue to some of you? To the point that you're wishing death and maiming on innocent civilians who are just seeking a better life. I just don't get it. Enlighten me.

it most certainly is an invasion. funny how you ignore the drug running, trafficking, and the military incursions as well.A bunch of stupid day laborers isn't an invasion, oh and international law is meaningless until the UN orders its members not to trade with us anymore.

i don't think you understand how the UN works. actually, i know you don't. you keep throwing out all of these silly little claims, but they betray a complete lack of knowledge of the subject.

for one, i believe in defending our sovereign borders and i believe in our nation and the preservation and survival of our nation. illegal immigrants are a burden on our infrastructure, from our jails to schools to our hospitals to our court system, etc. i don't find that to be anything remotely akin to benign. illegal is just that...illegal. we have a legal immigration system in place. and let's be clear: these aren't innocent civilians. they certainly aren't american citizens. these are people who willingly violate our laws and our borders. the attitude of "they're just seeking a better life" is an insult to all of the people who have gone through the process legally. they, too, were seeking a better life. i don't wish death on them; i wish for our nation to defend its borders. learn a lesson from ancient Rome. So, explain this to me. your use of logical fallacies is dizzying. not surprising since you are unable to rely on reason and intellect.Ignore Mysterio he's the same dude who thinks the federal government should be brought down. 99.9 percent of the people who want illegal immigration stopped are people like me who just want the incentives taken away (no jobs, no immigration).
Mysterio hates the federal government and wants to lay land mines out across Mexico.

you do know that many countries, including the US, are not signatories and are therefore not bound to it.Ever heard of the Ottawa treaty? It bans the usage of anti-personnel land mines. We're not even supposed to use them against military troops might as less civilians.
you do know that many countries, including the US, are not signatories and are therefore not bound to it.
of course my mind's made up about it. there isn't anything complex about it at all. illegal immigrants - regardless of circumstance and intent - are pouring over our borders, most notably our southern border. there is nothing wrong with a nation defending its borders, whether its from a military invasion or any other invasion. hey, if they want to apply for citizenship and immigrate legally, that's fine. it's an oversimplified view to say, "hey, they just want a better life. what's the harm?"You've obviously made up your mind about all this so I'm not really going to even delve into it with you, but what a horribly oversimplified assessment of such a complex situation. I find it sad that human life means so little to you as that you would just kill people in cold blood for seeking a life that's better than what they are afforded in their home country. Just...wow. I genuinely feel sad for you, my friend.
i didn't ask. you brought it up as if it were some salient point when in fact we aren't bound by the treaty since we never signed it.The only reason the United States didn't sign that treaty is the mine field in North Korea. To fully comply with that treaty they would have had to remove those mines.
