Free virus removers/scans on the web

Can some one please give me a site that scans and/or removes virus from your computer.

I'm desperate. Someone is this dmn house d/led some stupid scammer "virus scan" in my house and everyting is ruined.

The Spybot oe wants me to register before I can erase anything, and asks for a serial number.

my computer won't even let me into the ag wih out closing my web browser.

Spybot should be completely free.

Take a look at the free powerful software thread.

Avast as well is free.

Go to www.downloads.com and look up both, maybe you were trying to download something that wasn't free

Hijack this! is also a good program.

However, don't try and figure out which ones to remove.

You'd have to go to a forum to have it figured out for you.

Lavasoft is also pretty good at finding malware.

SuperAntiSpyware is the way to go.
