French foods?

Alright, me and four other guys have to serve a three course French meal to the class (40).
Does anyone have any suggestions that are good, cheap and easy? Right now we're looking at Shrimp cocktail as the appetizer. We don't know about the main course yet.

Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks.
