There is a problem that occurs relatively often on my computer where whatever I may be running will simply crash, leaving me with a notice that it is "searching for a solution," and then it will tell me that "A problem caused the program to stop working correctly. Windows will close the program and notify you if a solution is available."

This will happen occasionally with just firefox, but it very frequently happens with certain PC games. Lego Star Wars, for example, is one that I was just playing this morning for an hour or two without any problems at all. I then left and closed the game down for a short while, and then returned and tried to start it up again, only to have it crash on me just as the game's main menu was about to load. Uninstalling and reinstalling the game is the only solution I have found to make the game playable again, until the problem repeats itself.

Ultimate Spider-Man is another game that has this problem on my machine, whereas high performance games like Assassin's Creed and Splinter Cell: DA don't give me any real problems at all.

Any help or advice that someone can give me would be greatly appreciated, since this is a real pain in the ass. :csad::cmad:

My laptop does that as well on the sound device, sometimes its fine and sometimes it doesn't like it.
