I'm sure that before "Heroes" aired, you all watched the clips and trailers from NBC.com. I know I'm a little late in bringing this up know, but am I the only one who noticed the difference between the trailer and the show?
You know the one - in the trailer, the drug-addled psychic artist CUTS OFF HIS OWN HAND, while in the show he simply overdoses on heroin. I'm curious as to why the change was made, or at least, made AFTER they showed the severing-of-the-limb on the trailer.
I'm sure there are various reasons why they changed it - A) too graphic, B) too permanent (how would he paint?). But my question is, why do you think they considered the hand-chopping part in the first place?
