they all look good in robot mode, but the only one in vehicle mode i like is rodimus. if i see optimus or megatron i might break down and buy them and see what they are like in hand. i don't know. i wish they'd stop coming out with crap i want. I'm starting to feel the pain of being broke.

same here .. My account went from over 1k... to under 100 dollars in a few weeks in preparation of moving into a new house etc...

Yep. I have him and the Classics Starscream. Very cool figs. Very poseable for TransFormer too.

yeah, and i make less $ than i did when i was at school. my job now is for experience, not for $. and it's breaking me. I barely have enough for gas and figs as it is. I'm hoping that i can sell of my TMNT collection when the movie starts coming out. I have all the old ones MOC. I think i'm missing a few reg figs, maybe 2 or 3 and a few of the vehicles.

I'm debating to do the same. I probably won't sell the uber-rare ones, but I've debated it. I was offered about 350 for the whole awesome collection by a guy who said he could probably get almost 800 for the whole thing.

funny you mention that one. when i was a freshman in HS, i went back trying to complete the collection and get the ones i was missing. he was one of them. I ended up paying at least $25 for him. maybe more. but i was in a bidding freenzy with some guy. he emailed me a nasty email b/c i outbid him. it was pretty funny.

He owns another comic shop in the area. I asked him for his honest estimate of what he could get for it. He has to get a profit off of the deal, and i understand that completely. But I'd want more. Because...here's what I have MOC at least:

I don't know man, i'd hate to just give that one away since i know he's a rareity. I'd sell it to you for that, but i know you probably think I'm a **** for even asking. So no harsh feelings, i just put a lot into completing the collection. something that i wish i would have never done, but that happens a lot in this hobby. I hope i never feel the same about MLs down the road.

Y'know what I'm thinking. I think the Bullseye is gonna be a good one to keep MOC because so many Bullseyes were bought solely for custom fodder bodies. That means there's less out there MOC of that one because of how many were used to make customs. Just a thought, i may be stretching it. 0

the deal is, if all i can get out of them is about what they would have originally costed at regular price or just a few bucks above that, i'll probably just wait to see if i have kids who want them. And if that's the case, i'll let them open them up and play with them.
