Imagine if you will a time capsule is discovered in the year 5000, in it are complete archives of the "Hype" and a number of other similair Web Forums/Message Boards. Due to several collapses of civilisation little is known about this era and it's society. What would the "futurians" make of us based on this data.

They would probably burn all records of our existence.

Why was that one always trying to "prove you wrong", to the others?

Well they'd probably find lots of pictures of hot actresses and big breasted Asian women and assume we truly lived in a golden age.

Wonderful, so people from the year 5000 will conclude that early humans were creepsters who used improper grammar and complained about something called “X3”

They would think that our leaders were elected by making witty remarks, posting pictures of sexy women or pop culture references. And were handed the leadership position by having some sort of goofy picture posted in their honor with the following phrase..

Dood, I was just wondering what happened to all the 'Dood, you're the king!' pictures the other day...:csad:

I just know you have to hit 88 miles per hour precisely as the lightning strikes it...

what will it contain?

your mum.

i swear one day im gonna type that in every thread on here, it works on so many levels.

plus future generations will wonder 'what was columbo's first name' and what was willis talking about?

They will know that some guy called Optimus Prime is "teh sex", and Chuck Norris can annoyingly win every fight, even against some guy called "The Batman".

No, Batman would kick Chuck Norris's ass...

this NorrisLove is what FonzieLove shoulda been...

That's why I said "annoyingly".
They'll notice the trend, and get as annoyed by it as we are.
They'll also have to learn of ways to avoid "Barrens Chat".
