Gaiman wants Marvel to..

1602 would be awesome but could only work if every marvel actor so far was able to cameo in it.

it could also only work once captain america had been established.

As much as I would love a 1602 film, I'm not sure it would be financially successful. I just dont think average movie-goers could comprehend it. Plus, how would you do it? Same actors, different actors? Either way, I'm sure there would be tons of complaining ([blackout]as usual[/blackout])

But I would love to see it adapted someday. Maybe in animation, though.

AS much as I love the comic and would be interested in the movie, it would be hard to get across to a general audience the idea that these are Marvel Comic characters set in the past. With many characters that have yet to be in movies, I am not sure it would work as a movie.
Would be cool though. Maybe a traditionally animated theater movie would work.

If Gaiman's for it, so am I, but it would be impossible right's wise.

I don't know about a movie, maybe a miniseries for HBO or something like that would be better for that story.

I've actually been recently thinking the same thing. Miniseries seems like the best route.

There are so many epic comic stories that would be incredible if they were adapted into miniseries for cable.

I'ld be for it but maybe after a few years when all the other heroes have been adapted, just so everyone is familar with the Marvel Mythos
