the only thing that can save F4 for me is if the next movie is a dark apocalyptic feel with intensity of the world ending in a split second floating through the air for the whole movie
I think the only thing that could save FF would be for the rights to revert to Marvel and it be properly done some years down the line.
And it's not just the bullcrap they pulled on Galactus that has me firm in this belief.
How do you know he exploded......possibly he was simply taken into a black hole.....because why wasn't the Silver Surfer killed, he was smack in the middle of the cloud....
NON-sense.Because that makes sense.

What do you mean, "knowing Tim Story"?
Tim said himself that Galactus wasn't dead.

I doubt he should be dead from that kind of attack but knowing Tim Story, he probably is dead. I think that if there's a sequel both Galactus and the Silver Surfer should return and the explanation for Galactus' defeat is that he hadn't fed on any planet's in a while so he was weak and he couldn't maintain his humanoid form.
I doubt they would return in a sequel because it would basically be telling the same story over again which I don't think would sit well with the audience.
The best twist to the standalone Silver Surfer movie would be if the clouds parted to reveal Tom Cruise's laughing face.
I see some shadows that can, with some effort, be made into something like a vague face.
There's nothing more than that, and, frankly, it is a very, very poor attempt in covering both the sheer lack of ideas and the real nature of Galactus.
