Just like George Constanza I never throw anything away. My wallet is huge. However, every now and then I need to throw some stuff away cause it's just too big. And it's amazing the crap you find that you had long forgotten existed. For example, I was cleaning my wallet the other day when I found a tardy pass from HIGH SCHOOL! The pass is dated March 2000. What the...? I have no idea why that was in there till I turned it around and found someone's phone number written behind it.

So, what stuff have you found in your wallet?

My wallet is relatively thin. Plus there's no place to put cash in my wallet. I mean you can fold it up and put it in slots but there's no equivalent cash slot so I usually just place it in between the folds so it looks like a cash sandwich.

I looked through it out of curiousity. The oldest thing in there that I could find was tucked in, beneath a couple expired credit card, and an old AAA card was a ticket stub from The Lost World: Jurassic Park

-Rasputin Music discount card (I don't even think they do that anymore)
-2004 college ID (aw, my mad scientist hair!)
-3 unused Dave & Busters arcade cards (I've got to use these one day)

-My draft card
-The receipt to my Oscar the Grouch costume from The Halloween Spirit Store
-A fortune cookie slip that says wealth and success are in my future

I'll put receipts, ticket stubs and other things in there but usually take them out whenever I get home.

I stopped carrying a wallet and started carrying a money clip that has a few pockets.

I will rotate in and out my credit and debit cards, based on whether I want to curb my spending.
