The aforementioned company has collaborated with Marvel to sell shirts with marvel characters on it.

Here is the shirt:

Marvel Character shirts include Iron Man, Storm, Captain America, Phoenix, Magneto, Wolverine, Thor, Hulk, Spider-man, Thing, Silver Surfer and a few more

What's the name of the girl with the Phoenix shirt on?

whats funny is... I doubt any of those models even know who the character on their shirts are

Sure they do. They are written right on their shirts.

But beyond that I kinda doubt it.

Man, I'm not sexy enough to be sporting comic book character shirts.

Honestly, I don't get what the big deal is....its not like you can't walk into ANY store without seeing t-shirts with comic characters on them already.

Am I missing something, or am I just being a grump?

MyTeeSpot has some good marvel shirts. I'd feel awkward about wearing one. I still have a Spider-man t-shirt from Universal Studios that I've never worn.

edit: I agree Spidey-Who? , these type of shirts are everywhere. Never heard of Folded &Hung until now though.

I think those shirts could've been a little better, but maybe it's just me.

I want the Phoenix one.

The model, that is.

The one modeling the Storm shirt looks like she couldn't give a ****.

When did it become "cool" to be a nerd? Especially when that's total hypocrisy. These hipsters are ruining everything. To me, when a model wears a shirt that has The Hulk on it, it's like she's saying, "Look how ironic this is. I'm wearing a shirt that only geeks would wear, but because I'm wearing it, it's now cool to like those things." - Even though she knows absolutely NOTHING about The Hulk or even how he came to be.

Really, it's stuff like this that's hurting the comic book industry (it's one of many things). Nobody actually reads the comics. They just buy all the franchise merchandise. They buy the stupid t-shirts, toothbrushes, shampoo with Spidey's head on top, and meanwhile there are STORIES being told, and hardly anyone cares anymore.

Those models wearing those shirts would NEVER EVER read a comic book. So why the hell are they wearing the shirts? It's like wearing a Dallas Cowboys jersey when you don't watch football and you don't know anything about football.

:sbr:

What's with the hesitation to wear Superhero shirts? I have a ton and wear them often.
