They're here to save your PS3,XBOX 360.

Vivendi Games and Sierra will be releasing "Ghostbusters: The Video Game" for all six consoles late next year: PS2, PS3, XBox360, PC, Wii, and the DS. There will be two versions of the game, graphically speaking, split up between the consoles: the PS3, 360 and PC will be getting hardocre graphics, realism and the like, while the PS2, Wii and DS will be getting games of Pixar-like quality, more cartoonish and light-hearted for the casual gamer.

Dan Aykroyd and Harold Ramis have written the script for the game, as well as reprising Ray and Egon along with Ernie Hudson as Winson, Annie Potts as Janine, Bill Murray as Venkman; joining them will be William Atherton as returning EPA nemesis Walter Peck and Brian Doyle Murray playing an as-yet-unknown character (possibly reprising his psychologist character from GBII). No word on if Sigourney Weaver or Rick Moranis will be returning to play Dana and Louis, respectively.

Very cool youtube trailer of the game:
